Absolutely horrible company! Horrible customer service. The address they show on the website has nothing to do with the one on the package. The package comes with an address from China. Products came later than the 18 days they advertised for Canada and package was damaged. The customer support number is just a record machine. No one will evee answer you. Worse of all, after paying a lot of money on 2 hair removals, I realized they were both fake and extremely poor quality. These products can be found on Aliexpress for a fraction od the price. Just check and see! This company does simply a dropshipping and sells for a lots of money, garbage products. I dont even think this company deserves one star.

Odered an item recieved it and according to the website it’s stainless steel when I got it nothing but plastic item there a rip off do not trust or order from them

I ordered the hair remover. They took my money of course. Haven't received it but they tell me I have. Australia Post says its in China!
I think I've been scammed.

Absolutely terrible still waiting for my order,then they said it’s in Melbourne and won’t release my package until I pay another shipping fee never again will I ever purchase anything from them again,well haven’t even got my first one,been emailing,calling still no answer and reply,disgusted

I should’ve looked at the bad reviews before placing an order. Worst company ever and they don’t care about customers. Please do not order anything from SWABLUE and their customer service sucks.

Waht the fcuk this is terrible, bought the items came broken contacted them they asked for picture the fiberhead doesn't go together send them picture and they said everything looks good. They mention costomer satisfaction on the website and denying for refund / replacement. Ridiculous report them to BBB.

Awful. The sensa light technology hair remover is complete crap. Plus, for a refund you have to have an unused item. So if it is a piece of crap...oh well...you used it, Should have read the reviews First. If I could I would give no stars

SCAM company, bought sonic scaler load of rubbish not fit for purpose and won refund your money when you send back item, worst company i have used. Bad reviews on trust pilot but not so bad on own site becuase they dont use the bad reviews on their site they wouldnt accept mine. KEEP WELL AWAY

I ordered that sonic tooth scaler, and what an absolute piece of junk it is!! They would not let me leave a review unless it was positive, and would not refund me because "order arrived as advertised" which is a load of crap because the video that accompanied the ad showed a water hookup descaler, which it clearly ISN'T, but now I cannot find the video as it's been taken down. Buyer beware!!!!!

This company is a scammer. Sonic scale is junk. A 5.00 item. I used PayPal and was still unable to get my money back. The company phone was busy for a week. Never able to contact. PayPal did not return my money because of the refund policy of swablue. BEWARE,BEWARE,BEWARE. YOU WILL GET JUNK.

Bought two Sonic toothcleaner as it looked like a good value for money. When the items finally arrived, it was not what it looked like. Quality was so cheap that buttons would not work, battery caps wouldn't lock, motors wouldn't turn on and the blue light wouldn't turn on. Cleaning accessories were falling apart.

I knew I was duped!

I contacted the seller and PayPal. Hoping PayPal would step in. I was made to return the items at my own cost to get the refund. I ended up spending AUD50+ and without the toothcleaner!

If these guys were operating in Australia, they would be in court defending ASIC. Sad that PayPal isn't gonna help when you need it. Since then, I have stopped shopping online via cheap sites, and I've stopped using PayPal.

Bought 4 items in total. The last one did not work they sent a replacement that did not work correctly either. Refund did not arrive referred to PayPal. Told I had to return the goods to Canada to get Refund. That would cost as much the goods cost me. This company is rubbish ripoff merchant.
