Truly a lifesaver! My baby hates being swaddled but doesn’t sleep long without one. The swaddelini is the only product she took to! No fuss putting it on, and keeps her comfy and snug and helped her sleep well!

It fit just perfectly and the baby was so comfortable in it. It made it easier to hold him too.

Great shipping. The wife loves it. And baby is comfortable.

The swaddelini is amazing! Best swaddle I have purchased for my kids. The customer service from Swaddelini is also fantastic! I do not live in the US and they went above and beyond to help me order what swaddles I was looking for. 10/10 recommend!

Shipping is too high. It will probably keep me from purchasing again. I’ll have to see how the baby likes it and weigh the benefits.

The shipping for a tiny item is expensive. It was around $10.00 for shipping. $55.00 before shipping for such a small item seems pricey. My baby will arrive in a couple of months, so right now, I don’t know how it will fit him or whether it will even work for us. If it works as advertised, then the $ was well worth it, if it doesn’t, then it was a waste of $. But again, I won’t know for a couple of months.

My favorite swaddle for my 7 week old. Wish I had one for my daughter 14 years ago 🩵 soft, not too warm, effective. Brings lots of peace to a fussy baby!

They cancelled my first order because I wanted to change a name and I had to reorder and I have not gotten a refund for the first order I placed. I want my refund on my first order now

What is absolutely incredible is that the baby responded exactly like the videos show…..the minute you put it on him he soothes and relaxes. The nurses in the hospital were talking about it around the clock. They hadn’t heard of it yet. Now they know!!!! He was the talk of the nursery, my little influencer.

Did not send my purchase, it’s been a month.
IG messages said the delivery company lost my parcel and that they will send again, but never did. Email support said they are trying to cancel and refund but cannot confirm my order email address (which is the one I sent from). What a joke

This company is a SCAM! Horrendous customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE. I took the swaddelini out of the bag, saw that it was the wrong size, and they would not let me return the product. The product is overpriced to begin with and now I am stuck with a product I cannot use. They will not let you return or give any refunds. BEWARE.

My order was shipped quickly and arrived ahead of schedule. The product was high quality and beautifully made. It exceeded my expectations and was a gift I felt proud to give. Will definitely buy again from Swaddelini!

I purchased a Swaddelini product on May 30, paying extra for 3-day delivery because I needed it before Friday, June 6 — right before my baby was due. Initially, UPS showed everything was on track, with a delivery date of Wednesday, June 4, but then the updates kept changing, and unfortunately, I didn’t receive the package in time.

To make matters worse, now there's no one at the delivery address, and UPS says I have to go to the postal service location to retrieve it, which defeats the purpose of express delivery.

I also tried reaching out to the company via Instagram (the same way I discovered them), but my messages were ignored. I’m extremely disappointed, especially because I was genuinely excited to have this product ready for my baby’s arrival. It’s heartbreaking that it didn’t work out, and I feel let down by both the delivery experience and the lack of response from the brand.

At this point, I would like to request a refund for the product and the expedited shipping fee. This was a time-sensitive purchase, and unfortunately, it did not arrive when it mattered most.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! It is the only swaddle we now use! All four have used it and slept well! Easy on and off! Low TOG rating!

A see a lot of complaints over the return policy...but what most don't realize is that when you return a baby product most product can't be resold so they end up in a landfill. This is a very small business and made in the USA. I will happily support a small business with a wonderful product! And when were done with it, I'll pass them along to a friend!

Great customer service

I loved the card that came with the packaging that talked about being worthy as a mother. It was a surprise but was super touching and made me cry as a very pregnant mama. That extra touch made me feel like this company really cares for mothers and babies and is not just a big company trying to get my money. This swaddle was such an improvement from the previous swaddles I have used. The other ones strapped the baby down and left them trapped. I love that there was still an amount of movement allowed by this design, it was much more comfortable for the baby. It’s an Incredible product, I am so glad I finally made the purchase!
