Great service from getting a quotation (to replace a damaged window sill) to the installation. Friendly efficient staff on the phone and the installation team were very thorough, the window looked as good as new both inside and out

The whole experience was seamless. The quote was sent over in good time, I was expecting a date in early January but they ended up getting the door fitted just before Christmas which was a bonus. The fitters were very friendly and explained everything. We are very pleased with our new front door. Overall, fantastic service and thoroughly recommend, thank you!

Had Tim from Swad Windows round a few weeks ago to discuss new front and back door.
Happy with chat so booked it in.
Chris and Joe turned up today 2nd Jan bright and early and have done a great job.
Professional throughout cleaned the mess made and removed all debris.
Kept Chris supplied with tea and Joe with coffee.
Great pair of blokes.

Absolutely fantastic service. 4 year old front door latch mech developed a fault. We only contacted via email late at night and they responded the next morning and sent a service engineer out to take a look. Fault diagnosed and part ordered. 2 days later the part has arrived and the door is fixed. All under warranty. NB-Not in Netherlands!

Wanted a relaxing space following chemotherapy, turned into nearly 6 months of chaos.

If you want:

1. complete lack of communication, most the time we had to chase them for updates.
2. ⁠missed sewer pipe even after manhole pointed out twice
3. ⁠lack of ownership of problems
4. ⁠builders not knowing what to do, and often working 3 hours before calling it a day.
5. Start date - 30th June. Completion date - 18th December, for a small extension.

Then use this company. Otherwise I would stay clear.

We have just had the team of fitters install 6 windows and an interior door which we are beyond happy with. The guys were prompt and so professional. The job was done in no time and they were extremely clean and tidy. From beginning to end we have had a received a really great service from the office staff to the fitters and would not hesitate to recommend them. The guys were prompt and polite. Extra work- carrying all equipment and windows due to our narrow access was accomplished with humour!
They kept us in the picture about what they were doing at all stages.

The installation provided by the team at Swadlincote Windows involved a rather unusual window fit onto the cellar of our Victorian period home. I am absolutely over the moon with the result. It looks better than I could have imagined, transforming the space completely.

More importantly, the two men completing the job were exceptional. They were lovely, respectful, and highly professional. They navigated the tricky installation with impressive efficiency and great attention to detail. Beyond their skill, they were genuinely fun and positive throughout the day, which made the entire experience a pleasure. They are a real credit to the company and clearly take immense pride in their work.

We have just had our windows and doors fitted by Swadlincote Windows and to say that we are very happy is an understatement .... the workmanship was of a very high standard, nothing was too much if we asked questions and tried to make our minds up on the colour boards , the lads worked hard in the rain too .... we'd like to thank Tim for doing the quotes and to Adam , Josh & Jack who made it all fit and look superb .... would definitely reccomend this company.

We recently had new doors and windows supplied and fitted by the excellent Swadlincote Windows. Our experience was so excellent we decided to have our doors and windows in the conservatory replaced. Another excellent job, first class products, first class fitters, Chris and Adrian, first class all round. Thank you all.

I wouldn't use anyone else. This is a great company to deal with. From survey to fitting everything was done efficiently and professionally. Simon and Joe did an excellent job with no fuss and no mess. Delighted with the result.

We had been thinking about replacing our windows for a very long time but were worried by all the chaos and effort it involved. Eventually, at the end of 2024, we decided to replace the windows by May 2025 and approached 3 companies for quotes. One of them was Swadlincote Windows; we visited factory site and went to the showroom and workshop.
At the showroom, we looked at the different options. Jordan, Jeanette and Natasha were very helpful and Jordan gave us lots of assistance and was very pleasant to deal with. We picked the Residence R9 design with 100mm thickness of the uPVC frame.
Tim (Assessor) visited us twice; firstly, to go through the preliminary details and then secondly, a visit to take detailed measurements and photos. We agreed a contract price to replace 21 windows. Tim was extremely helpful in providing us with answers to our questions and queries.
Swadlincote put in the highest price however, overall, we concluded that we should choose them above others despite the costs because all the different elements of what we were looking for was fulfilled by them. The quality of the product and professionalism of all the individuals we had dealt with was second to none.
Order was placed and 7 weeks later the BIG day arrived when the window replacement Fitters arrived at our place. In the interim, we had been kept in touch with progress by Ryan and Kelvin, and Kristian had done a couple of tweaks on the prices subsequent to our very minor changes to the specs. We had an installation time-plan we were very happy with.
Peter (Foreman), Andy and Aaron arrived and, once we put down the dust sheets, they began their work which took a total of 2 weeks. All the lads were extremely competent, pleasant to deal with and professional, and more than happy to do the job well however long it took. Peter was particularly helpful and his calmness and composure in performing the job did in turn give more confidence and assurance to us and we appreciated that. Also, Peter was a great ambassador for Swadlincote Windows as he indicated all the many reasons why Swadlincote was a more superior choice than the other two companies we had considered. Furthermore, Peter pointed out another modernisation improvement we could undertake to enhance our house and we will hope to pursue that in future.
Overall, we are very pleased with the appearance, colour and type of windows we have had and relieved that the replacement project went so smoothly without any complications. Time will reveal the robustness and longevity of our new windows however, would we have to make our decision to choose a window replacement supplier again! YES, we would certainly choose Swadlincote Windows.
