Absolutely brilliant. I bought an Invincible shower valve 25 years ago and it has worked perfectly. It got a bit of a drip and needed a new flow cartridge. I phoned up and a very helpful staff member found the parts, ordered them, sent me instructions. Complimentary, free of charge, British companies standing by awesome products. I am much more than impressed, well done guys this is true customer service.
My experience of this company was via a request placed with Matki Showering. Swaddling Brassware apparently supply some of the components I needed. I placed my order with Matki on Friday 31st October, and received delivery on Tuesday, 4th November. 2 working days! Superb service.

There was a range of designs to choose from, but I am delighted with my chosen ‘Illustrious’ which has real style and presence with a choice of finishes.
