Wasted time trying to shop on their website. Their payment system repeatedly failed, so I cancelled the order. I won’t be dealing with this company again — if they can’t process a basic payment, they’re not worth my time.

Simple, nicely functional website with no waste-of-time pop ups or junk, quality products at reasonable prices, helpful staff, no fuss return policy.

These are the second set of diecast hoops I've purchased from Swamp and I gotta say that I'm very pleased with them . Half the cost of pearl / ludwig or Tama hoops and probably come out of the same factory. Easy online purchase and have multiple payment and postage options

Living in the United States , I think I've gotten used to the hit of miss customer service from large sellers . My experiences with Swamp Industries has been an incredible experience .. from placing my order , to follow up when there was a glitch in the product itself .. to the extraordinary hands on approach of making sure the replacement was perfect .. even a refund to cover my shipping . I can't say enough good things about this company .. except.. why can't we have them in the US as well ?? Thank you Tim and Jonny for everything !!

I have been a regular customer of SWAMP for over five years. I have always found them to be great value, and extremely responsive and helpful. Quick service, and if there is ever the slightest issue they deal with it in a prompt, efficient, professional and helpful manner. Highly recommended.

Do not use free shipping.
Swamp uses Sendle for free shipping who would have to be the worst shipping agent I have dealt with.
An order that has an expected delivery of 6 days on Swamp's site has taken over 2 weeks and is finally able to be investigated an investigation that will take 5 more days.
I asked Swamp for a replacement item to be sent with a different provider and I got no response from them. After 1 or 2 emails the correspondance stops.
The customer service at swamp when something goes wrong is really bad and this is the second time from two transactions that they have acted so poorly,
