I ordered an item through Swanation, the pricey item eventually arrived damaged, I tried to convey my displeasure and requested a refund which was one of the hardest things to do, I sent photos, and was still requested to send them over and over agin and still no sign of a refund DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS WEBSITE

Des Allen if i could give this company a negative score i would like other posts i have been duped into what i thought was a complete scrub brush set & with brush heads only to find received parcel with only brush heads in it no pole with motor to fit brushes to this item so i have half a product it was advertised on Facebook

how I wished I'd looked up reviews and I wouldn't have lost 20 quid on replacement cleaning heads without the pole to attach them to ... No response from them needless to say AVOID AVOID AVOID

Cant give it a minus score otherwise i would please dont order anything from this place its a scam i emailed them telling them my product was not only broken but was a complete piece if cheap rubbish they replied but in chinese which i dont understand

I ordered a ladies mobile phone wallet before I read the reviews then got concerned however wallet arrived today on time and I am delighted with the product

Having seen the advert on Facebook for a Digital Spoon Scale, I ordered one which ended up costing me £19.98. The advert showed the spoon with a battery in. I have contacted Swanation to ask where the battery is but got nowhere! I have now got to go out and buy batteries (and this is not your usual type of battery) which is going to cost more money. A bladdy expensive item this has turned out to be. DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE! FACEBOOK, PLEASE STOP ADVERTISING THEIR WARES!!!!!

Swanation.... well where do I start! Ordered 2 pairs of jeggings cost me nearly £40. They came and were an absolute piece of ****
Cost me £14 to return. Tracked the package and they have received them back but trying to get my refund is impossible! Never again will I buy from these cowboys! Facebook needs to do something to stop these rouge traders. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

i complained again and got a 50% refund and a pair of photosensitive glasses that are not those advertised and are just cheep sunglasses.

Saw a "Vortex Illusion Rug" advertised on Facebook. Placed the order and parted with nearly £25. The "mat" arrived 10 days later and was nothing like that advertised. It's not the money - it's the fact that rogue traders out of the country can get away such scams. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - AND THEN SOME!!

Ordered some dominoes for £6.99. Plus £4.99 P&P. When they arrived, they were small, cheap plastic ones that look like they came out of an equally cheap Christmas cracker. Don't know how they calculated the cost of the P&P. The product weighs less than an ounce. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Should have a red warning alerts on it.

Swanation is a company that operates from China, delivery is up to a month, cheap jewellery, wrongly advertised, difficult to contact basically liars and con artists.
If you endure for money back they say they have no refund policy and you have to post the item back to China.
Then this company have your money, the cheap article and your wasted time.
Facebook and trading standards have to do something about it.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. They need reporting to the trading standards. I hope to get 30% back but I am fuming. It is not right that they can trade out of UK.I will probable do more about this when I finally get SOME money back, little consolation though.

Absolutely shocking, my mum saw some angel wing necklaces advertised on Facebook from this company and order two for 16.99 on top of nearly £5s worth of postage. Product has arrived, is cheaply made completely not like the pictures. Necklace hangs funny and doesn't even have proper hinges between the photo holders. There is also a hole in the one necklace. Unable to give as gifts as such terrible quality. The worst bit is ive found the same necklace being sold for £3.50 on ebay!!! Absolutely disgrace from both the company and Facebook for allowing such false advertisement of a cheap, poorly made product. Stay away from this company only wished id of know of my mums order sooner so that I could of found this out before

I bought pair of nail clippers via Instagram/Facebook. The images clearly showed the logo of and purported to be produced by a high class German manufacturer .
This is clearly misrepresentation under the Consumer Rights Act Act 2015. I will pursue them for this.

This company are shocking please dont buy from them the jeans leggings are nothing like video shocking sizing & they replied to my emails about returns in Chinese !!
I opened a dispute on paypal but inly way I can get a refund in full is to return them to China ...absolute bloody joke :(

I placed an order from this company and then read the reviews within mins after, and because they were so bad I immediately tried to contact them to cancel my order, I went through many different chanels to get my message to cancel the order I made, finely I contacted Paypal and set up a dispute, then they responded to my request, I received my refund the very next day, (thank you) That's why I gave a 3 star rating! so dispute is now closed, But I will not be buying from this company again, I was lucky this time! Do not buy anything on Facebook without checking them out first, and if you do? use Paypal only.

Absolute criminals with misleading email address and worse customer service I’ve seen - non existent.

Never received my goods plus Facebook endorsed them by letting them advertise.

One word sums them up = SCAM

this china company is zero and should be banned from F/book absolute thieves and Google needs to get its act together as well.I have never been a Trump fan but i can see where he is coming from.The high up in china need to stop these rouges before they ruin their country and people wake up to the fact and boycott their goods.Time will tell.

Do not buy anything from this company. I wouldn't actually give them any stars but this option not available. The items i bought were Jeans Leggings, not only were they items of a poor quality more like footless tights they were not jeans at all but printed with a jean look and the print was not even straight. All though they said they were stretchy I ordered two sizes L/XL and a XXL/XXXL and I am a size 14. I couldn't even get them to the top of my legs. I have tried to return items and the company have not acknowledged any emails. There are no telephone numbers or company address, I wish I had read the reviews first. I first saw the advert on Facebook and I will now try and contact them and paypal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SWANATION.CO.UK.

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from these people! Absolutely disgusted with them. The item in question was wrongly advertised, is shoddy and I wouldn't have bought it if it was £1 let alone 14.99. Lost £19.98 when you take p+p into account. BE WARNED!!!!!!
