Scam, ordered 2 weeks a go no parts, china company !!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!
I ordered some plant ties that had been advertised on facebook but they have never arrived and when you send an email it comes back in chinese.
I have been scammed - don't let this happen to you.

falsely advertised goods, leggings / jeans arrived but of such poor quality i put them straight in the bin. £19.98 completely wasted. I've asked for a refund but am not hopeful. The products they deliver are not the pictures shown on their website so DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I bought a pair of jeans leggings and there not worth the money I they don't give you the return address in the package in case you want to send them back. I sent them an email asking for the address and got back an email in Chinese. Anyone trying to buy anything from this company don't they shouldn't be allowed to be in business someone should do something about it.

This company is a scam, I wish I read the reviews. I bought a pair of jeggins and still hasn't arrived. Please avoid!

Ordered plant holders after seeing on Facebook, no items yet and no replies to mail. Ordered 11th July, advise you to steer well clear of them.

Well, my tablet stands arrived today and they are quite good quality. Maybe it was the email I sent them accusing the Facebook ad of being a scam that prompted them into action. This is definitely the last time I order anything through Facebook. I was scammed 2 months ago and have now learnt my lesson.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a ‘full support’ strapless bra - the worst bra I’ve ever tried - zero support.
Tried to find out how to send it back for a refund - several emails later still no reply!

This is a five star SCAM. Its a shell, taking the money, no goods delivered. DO NOT TOUCH THIS.

I bought a pair of jean leggings and paid £19.50. You can see right through them, I have tights that are thicker and there is no elastic or anything at the waist to hold them up. Basically they are a pair of cheaply made footless tights with a picture of jeans printed on them. If I had seen them on sale for £5 I would have thought it was too much. It's obviously not worth sending them back going on these reviews. I really should look at reviews BEFORE I order things in future. Some mistakes can be very expensive.

I recently bought a mini crossover shoulder bag which took six weeks to arrive. It is a complete waste of money; the so-called shoulder strap is simply a strip of leather, unattached to the bag, with no kind of fastening, buckle or clip. The only way of using it as a shoulder strap is by stapling the ends together or tying them in a knot. It would be expensive on a market stall at £5.00!

Don't buy anything from this company, I ordered a item that I never got. I sent two messages company to find out when i would be receiving my order and both e-mails have been igbored. Thought this was a English based company but its not and this seems to be a scam.

I would like to award a minus number to this company. I ordered goods, they eventually arrived, total rubbish. Tried to find an address to return to,sent to the only address I could find. No money back, no acknowledgement, no customer service. DO NOT USE!!!!

It's shame there isn't a zero stars. These are cowboys who will take your money then not send the goods and provide a completely fraudulent "customer service" option with an email which bounces back. They are crooks, plain and simple. When is someone in authority going to look at these Chinese companies who behave like this? I will never buy anything from Fb again or anything made in China.

I bought a water play pad for kids at a cost of £35, it arrived weeks later and when it did arrive it had a rip in the seam, so I could not use it.

Was informed to send back to a UK address and receive a full refund. I sent it back and 2 weeks later they returned the damage item to me without any refund. I tried to email customer services and have a postmaster email response in Chinese.

So, a day after I wrote my "Total scam" review, the product - an iPad stand - arrived. It is very good, exactly as advertised. My reservations about the company's location and communication remain, but it is not a complete scam!

I wish I’d checked Trustpilot reviews before purchasing. If you must use this company please use PayPal. I can’t be certain it’s linked but the debit card I used to purchase from Swanation has been cloned 2 weeks after my purchase with this company. I’ve been contacted by my bank today to say that 5 fraudulent transactions have been attempted to Amazon Marketplace and my gut says it’s this company cos of the poor quality and Chinese instructions. When I checked my bank statement the purchase has Amazon Marketplace as the seller. I didn’t use Amazon though to purchase the iPad stand, I ordered direct from the website. Luckily all the fraudulent transactions today were declined and my bank has cancelled my card.

Like the previous reviewer Martin, I also ordered an iPad stand and like him I had received nothing. I emailed them twice and received Postmaster notifications in Chinese. In the second email, having read the Trust Pilot reviews, I told them I would be contacting the journalist who deals with Sunday Times money problems if I didn't receive the goods. And like Martin I lodged a complaint with Paypal. Two hours later I received an email saying my delivery was on its way. I now have the item I ordered (not sure how long it will last as the quality is questionable) but I would definitely not order anything from them again. They have a token UK address on Companies House but clearly they are a Chinese not British company.

I placed an order for an iPad stand - which I did actually receive after 10 days.

My main issue with Swanation is around their customer service. I had not received any notification from them about the delivery of my order after 5 days of placing the order. Due to reading the reviews on Trustpilot, I was concerned. I tried emailing them - which got bounced back from the Postmaster in a foreign language. I filled out the form on their website - no response back. I had ordered the stand via Paypal - so raised a dispute via Paypal - and Swanation did respond to that - and I received my stand after that.

Reading the numerous scathing reviews on this site about Swanation, I think I have fared better than a lot that buy from this company, but the fact that I needed to raise a dispute on Paypal to get engagement with them means that there is no chance I will purchase from them again.

AVOID at all costs. Supposed to be a UK company, it’s not, it’s Chinese. When trying to communicate with them they only reply in Chinese. Only when you delve deeply into their website do you discover the delivery time will be up to 20 working days, that’s 4 weeks. My own fault, I should have researched Swanation before ordering from them. Lesson learned.
