Like others on this page I ordered a product after seeing an add on facebook. It did arrive in good time and I liked it so much I ordered another. The second one has not arrived! They fooled my by sending the first order. Like the rest of the people here I thought it was a British company based in UK. My e-mails have also bounced back

I placed an order on 6th May. Received an email with royal mail tracking number shipped from China. Sent an email to Swanation after 4 weeks as no goods received. No reply from them. I contacted by bank for a refund, giving them the reason. refunded me the money. I should have checked the reviews.

Zero stars. SCAMMERS!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
Reading the other reviews here I am so annoyed with myself I didn’t check them out first.
My order has NOT arrived, they have taken my money and any emails sent get sent back to me saying they have bounced , with Chinese script mixed in. Clearly highly dodgy as they purport to being based in Essex.
I am very upset to have lost the money that I can ill afford during lockdown.
I was suckered into it from an ad (for ipad stands) on Facebook. Shame on Facebook for letting SCAM companies advertise with them - they should be vetting the companies that take ads with them. I let my guard down on this one. Facebook should be held to account also.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
My Bad - I should have read the reviews first but ordered via Facebook advert - never again !

Ordered 2 IPad stands a week ago,have sent emails asking when I am likely to receive the order, I have had replies in Chinese. Wish I had read All the comments from other people. Disgusted that this company is advertising on Facebook, there was no mention that this was being sent from China and would take 2 to3 weeks!!

Ordered product last week, apart from invoice flashing up, which I can’t find now. No communication. Just read other people reviews. Wish I read them before I placed the order!

No information since ordering , no replies to emails . do not buy from this company.

Biggest load of cheap China crap ever. Also takes 6 weeks plus to arrive. No customer help at all. Don’t buy off them!!!

As other reviews product received absolute rubbish how companies like this distribute such rubbish is beyond me please don't buy anything from them and make the mistake I did

As others have stated items haven’t been received and automated e mails are the best I can get out of them, I believed I was ordering from a uk company, I could have gone to Argos and bought my roller set for the same price, 7 weeks now so I’m trying to go through PayPal! Avoid at all costs!!

Just as all the others, make arrangements to try and get your money back, BIG SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a roller painter on 5th of may and still haven't recieved it. Emails dont get replied. Now going through my bank to get my money back. Scammers, they need to be exposed. Do not buy from them.

I got suckered into buying a paint roller set through an advert on one of my social media accounts. I placed the order on 26th April and waited patiently so I could get the missus off my back and paint a few rooms during lockdown and furlough.
I waited a week with nothing in the post, so I sent an email to customer services, and the replay was automated and require additional information not really connect to my order number. After a couple more emails, the replay was wait 3 more weeks and it was coming from China.
The website nor the order stated they did not have UK stock nor say it would take 4 or more weeks to arrive.
After 4 weeks I sent several emails to their UK customer services email address and even one to their head office overseas asking for up - each time I was ignored and didn't even get an acknowledgement from them.
Finally after 6 weeks nearly 7 weeks it finally turned up in a battered and bashed box and the quality of the item was awful. I've kept it, because, frankly, I cannot be ar$3d to deal with them again.
Still getting withering looks from the missus - I blame you Swanation!

Dont get me started with this Company DONT TOUCH IT WITH A BARGE POLE they are a big scam i ordered my paint set from 50 pounds down till half price 24.99 on the 30th April we now the 6th June after numerous emails which they reject everytime No contact number to speak to anyone and still no paint set have shown this company needs exposing and shutting down as they are no good and need shutting down and refund every poor customer they have scammed Dam right disgusting carry on !!!

Avoid this company. I ordered a paint roller on 28th April . As of 4th June it had not arrived. Have emailed them several times and only received reply’s in Chinese.
It looks likely now that I have been scammed. Forget the one star rating they are not worth that.

Seems like there are a lot of other people who have been scammed in the way I have by this company. Just an automatic response every time when I try to contact them to find out where my item is. Tracking seems nonsensical. AVOID!

I would give ZERO stars for this scamming company if I could.
Ordered a tennis trainer at the beginning of lockdown - it never arrived.
I queried the order several weeks (months!) ago and was given a tracking link which seems to be stuck in transit somewhere in China (had to use a translator to interpret the mandarin). I asked when the shipment was due and they couldn't answer.
Don't order from them if you don't want to chuck your money away.
SCAMMERS!!!!

Ordered a Damon 2in 1 hair trimmer on 24/4/20, in order to trim my hair during lockdown, it took a month to arrive and was Not what I ordered and was also broken and unusable, I stupidly also ordered a paint roller at beginning of May, Which I have still not received. All efforts to contact by email come back as blocked, will need to try for refund via PayPal, do not purchase from this shower of fraudsters whatever you do.

I would honestly not give this company any stars whatsoever. I have emailed numerous times and only get Chinese reply. I've emailed them telling them I'm going to the police and going to get money back from credit card used. Total SCAMMERS. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I too have had no success in chasing my order, apart from two emails in Chinese!.
I ordered the tennis set nine weeks ago.
Please do not order anything from this company.
I am now looking into this legally.
