Do not use this firm EVER

Do not use this firm EVER! Wasted over £40.00 thinking I was buying things to entertain my children over Lock-Down - Money I cannot afford to throw away whilst we can't work. No communication or opportunity to refund. Lesson learned - don't make my mistake!

Would leave no stars if I could

Would leave no stars if I could. Ordered a paint roller set over a month ago. Has not arrived, company have ignored emails so have had to try and get money back via PayPal.
Avoid at all costs.

I do not recommend this company…

I do not recommend this company whatsoever. Items ordered but have never arrived. Tracking number does not exist, items never arrived although the money was taken. Save your money and go elsewhere

Do not touch this shower of charlatans

Do not touch this shower of charlatans. I have been waiting 6 weeks for my order. All you get back from an enquiry is a worthless computer generated response. The tracking information is useless. Trying to get my money back via PayPal. There are a number of companies involved in this scam and I am trying to contact them.

I am still waiting for my paint roller ordered at beginning of may they took money straight away but I didn't receive order number email
I have tried contact them but no response it's a definite scam I am going try get money back from credit card company

Placed an order that has never arrived, and they now seem to block all emails to request a refund. Obvious that I am never going to receive the order and they have no intention of refunding me.

Scam website

Updated , I purchased the solo tennis player and after 4 weeks of constantly emailing customer service . I'm sent back the same automated response at my delivery has been sent. Tracking number provided, but no link to company to track parcel. Finally after I emailed that I had left a poor Review and reported to on line Fraud services I was told my item must have got lost during transit. I was refunded the cost of the item but minus the postage cost £4.99. Pleased to receive a refund ( this took partically daily complaints/ emails ) but not happy that the privilege of having to complain to this extent cost me £4.99.
