Easy onboarding, staff so helpful. I live in NY so can't benefit from full functionality yet, but trust Cory and Steven, they have been there every step of the way.

Always feel comfortable buying with Swan because of the security. Transactions are simple and I am very happy with the 0% fees on purchases.

I'm completely new to bitcoin and after trying a couple of other platforms, I found Swan. I find it very user friendly and intuitive. I would definitely recommend it to beginners.

I love most of the Swan features. I have a Trad IRA, ROTH and a Personal account.

I currently DCA a three digit number per week. I recently sold a vehicle and intended the invest a four digit $ value into BTC.

It is frustrating to watch a 10% plus dip in the market price recover while sitting on a stack of fiat I'm restricted from purchasing by Swan policy.

Ease of use for those boomers like us who would be the precious hodl group. One complaint: If I were to want an instant look at how much USD I've "invested" and see that ROI figure since the beginning of my stacking sats, I do not have as clear an explanation. If I wish to get my grandson in college to understand this, you should make it as easy as possible by hand-feeding boomers like me.

Im disturbed about the transferring of accounts to another custodian,the need for and the way it’s being handled!! Not sure why the old is entitled to charge me a fee when They or Swan is the Reason for the change!?

Buying through Swan has been a very good experience. I have been auto buying through Swan, and auto withdrawing to my personal wallet. There has never been a problem -- it has been seamless, every week, for the last 3 years. I would recommend Swan to everyone who stacks.

For a financial app, communication must be stellar. Swan is FAR from that. The app is clunky and hard to do simple transactions like selling. The response time is more than half a day. And I’ve had to authenticate myself for no apparent reason multiple times and it can take DAYS to get back in.

Swan is there to answer any questions day or night even weekends. Fabulous service!

I have been using Swan for a little while and I was liking the app and confident in it. But just recently, I guess they had an internal fall out with their bitcoin handler and it is costing me my bitcoin. For instance, my investments are gone by over 90% and they do not have a solid answer for when they will be returned just that they are in negotiations with the handler. This is not good enough for me because this transaction has happened about 3 weeks ago now. Alternatively, Swan is not crediting our accounts with the lost funds until they have a resolution with the handler. I all around lost trust in Swan and I wish I would've pulled my money out when I had the chance because I am gaining no capital from the market increasing!
