I'm still waiting for my order SWO-742554-3521EN-NL to be delivered. It's been 2 months now (ordered in August). What's frustrating is that Swanson creates support tickets in some other system that I cannot access. And the forgot password option in that other system does not work.

Still no delivery after three months
Still no delivery after three months. I received an email confirming dispatch after 6 weeks but have still not received my order. I emailed them just over a week ago, after receiving a review request, but so far have received only apparently generic responses containing a lot of excuses about 'COVID-19' causing delays. Whatever your thoughts on 'COVID-19', three months is ridiculous; most of the suppliers to my business are taking an extra day or two at most.

No product delivered and no communication
I placed my order on 7th August 2020. After a couple of weeks I sent an email enquiring where my order was. I received an email back stating it was on its way. The following week I did the same thing, getting the same reply. I consequently sent 3 more emails over the next few weeks but have received no reply. I am writing this on 11th October 2020, nearly NINE weeks after placing my order. Not only has my order not arrived, but the last time they replied to any of my emails was 20th September 2020. I am beginning to believe this is a scamming company.
Update:
As of 29th October 2020, still no product delivered and more disturbing is the fact they are no longer replying to my emails. Definitely to be avoided

VERY DISAPPOINTED
Still waiting for an outstanding parcel to the value of almost £20 which was supposedly sent on 26th August (over 6 weeks now). We have sent numerous emails and still no answers!!! We keep receiving automated replies saying they are looking into it but have heard nothing. Very disappointing service.

Where is my money
Ordered my package at the beginning of August, it’s been two months. You communication is an absolute zero. All I have is automatic answers, because you guys are incapable to build a team to solve the current problem. Placed my order back in July…
Placed my order back in July 20!!!.....order was allegedly dispatched back in early August however, despite regular emails to Swanson International, informing them that I have yet to receive my order, I am STILL WAITING my item and it's now the beginning of October.
I have emailed twice in the last fortnight and received no reply from them, I will be contacting my bank before long, to get my money back.....I fully appreciate and understand that companies and businesses, couriers, etc are all slower than normal due to Covid-19 globally but this is a joke and when the estimated delivery date is August 24/27th and it's gone way over that now, then something clearly isn't right!.
