Is your house/apartment/holiday home an unused asset with which you could happliy share and swap with other like-minded individuals around the world? I thought so, and investigated many homeswap- exchange-house-sitter sites until I found this one. It was genuine and setup without extracting a price to join...just trust in like-minded people wanting to share their homes/ communities and cultures abd learn more about the world than just "mass travel consumption" which has now clogged many beautiful and famous places. After setting up my account - it uses LinkedIn to account for having/had a profession and identity- and uploading my home pics, intro...and available dates, one then communicates with others who are interested in a mutusl swap. Fast forward a few months and I can say my in-bound couple were all I could have hoped for: caring, considerate, respectful, honest and clean! Well Done to the SWAPHOUSE TEAM...this is such a great and positive idea -simultaneously drawing communities and different cultures closer to each other through this swap-house idea! Yes -it can be daunting to put your beloved home/flat out there and have faith that others will love and treat your home (& neighbours) with respect -- but well worth it!!
May this initiative continue to attract like-minded people wanting to explore & experience life like a local. I am recommending this to all my friends to love slow, authentic, and QUALITY life experiences abroad.Keep up the good vibes SWAPHOUSE TEAM!! XX

Great system for home swapping, designed for "short term digital nomads". I had great experience with Swaphouse! Thrust is builth with Linkedin profile, videomeetings before a swap and references. No hidden costs. I totally recommend it!

I've used this platform twice now to do a house swap. I have had an amazing experience, and will definitely keep using it! I recommend it to all my friends.

We had a really good experience with Swaphouse - the app made it super easy to connect with someone who wanted the same four week swap as us. Would highly recommend! We didn’t feel it was needed for us, but they have options like insurance and verification for if you want that extra peace of mind.

This platform is very trustful. The administrator, Toby is very attentive and has great communication. I only have good experiences and our first swap was completely successful. I recommend to try it out and have a great vacation time when paying nothing for your stay.

My experience was very positive: the process was clear, communication with the other person was smooth, and the exchange was a complete success. I especially liked the sense of trust within the community and how well the platform is organized to facilitate agreements between users. It’s definitely a great option for traveling in a more authentic and affordable way!

Such a great and easy to navigate platform! I love the concept of swapping in general and this platform has the advantages of being free to use and there are quite a lot of users.
It provides the option to immediately communicate with other users ones you match and the support is super helpful and always responds immediately.

Swaphouse is a chilled and easy going platform for swapping homes. The service is not for profit yet, and you get a sort of family business, small community feel to it. I had very good support from the team every time I requested info. I completed one exchange and I am very happy with my experience all together.

The platform makes it easy to connect with other remote workers who are interested in swapping homes. We’ve already completed one swap last summer and are currently in touch with other users to plan another one soon.
We really love the matching system: once you match, you can get in touch directly, check the home’s availability, and access lots of useful information. It feels intuitive, well-designed, and built around real needs. Highly recommended!

Amazing platform, I love the fact that people can show their LinkedIn and social media URL so we can check if profiles are reliable etc we had a great experience so far with a family swap. I will definitely use the platform again !

I've done more than three home swaps through the Swaphouse platform, and my next one to Paris is already scheduled. Of all the home swapping platforms, I find it the easiest to use. I especially like the Tinder-matching model because I only receive messages/Swap requests from homes that have already matched with me. I've stayed in touch with everyone that I swapped with, and one couple in Paris I would even consider friends at this point :) Perhaps most importantly, it's saved me thousands of euros on travel accommodation over the last year! It's really cool that it's entirely free. Highly recommend it

I did one swap already on this page already and it went really well. It is free and you can arrange your swap flexible. I also like the idea with the swiping, the design and I didn't find any bugs on the page. Can highly recommend it!

This was my first experience with Swap house and I was totally impressed and delighted with the experience! From the on start of communicating with the owners and exchanging information the process was seamless and so well thought through.

It was wonderful to be able to stay in a home at the end of the day and by saving on accommodation we were able to do so many activities in Amsterdam when there.

It was also good to know that each of us was taking care of our properties and also both respected that there were personal belongings in the property whilst also leaving the property in the same state as you found it.

I will definitely be using the site again and am recommending it to friends too!
