CASH BACK SCAM!!!

I bought an iPhone 17 pro hoping to get cash back after because I sent my perfectly fine iPhone 13 Pro Max in. They said they’d give me 1600 kr back. And guess what… when I got the phone and had already began using it I got an email saying that I wouldn’t get 1600 but 250 because of minor issues that weren’t true. Come on. These people are scammers don’t buy from them. And then I asked for my phone back and then MY PHONE CAME BACK CRACKED! SO NOW I HAVE A CRACKED PHONE AND NO MONEY! SCAM!!!

Therefore, we have to take into account several factors, such as the resale value of the device, possible repair costs, availability and pricing of necessary parts, labor costs and much more.

When you filled out the sales notification, you received a preliminary estimate of your phone, but the final compensation is always determined after a review by our technicians. I apologize if there was any confusion here!

When the price changes, we can always ask our sales team for additional clarification of the detected defects if the customer wishes, so that we can better clarify the matter.

I would also recommend that you contact our customer service info@swappie.com about the damage to your phone that you noticed after receiving the phone back, so that we can better investigate the matter.

I bought a phone and I am really…

I bought a phone and I am really dispointed with his quality, I know it is not supposed to be best, but I am still mad. I have some dust under my front camera, I have no idea how they managed that, but is really not practical. Now I have to change my front screan, so I can take normal pictures with my front camera.

Got a phone from swapie.ie and don't

Got a phone from swapie.ie and it didn't charge properly from the time it arrived. They wanted me to send to Lithuania and wouldn't send a replacement until it was received and tested in Lithuania. That is completely impractical. Very disappointed. I would not recommend. Do yourself a favour and use someone else.

They scratch up your phone

They scratched up my phone to give me less money. Ive been having a protective shell all around my phone at all times but today when I got the pictures around the camera and the speaker was super scratched up even though it should've been impossible

I would like to confirm that we have carefully designed handling processes in sales to prevent damage to phones during the sales process. All shipments are inspected upon arrival to ensure that we immediately notice if a shipment has been damaged in transit, so that we can start processing the matter directly with our shipping partner. The sales handling process is also implemented to prevent damage to phones.

In addition, the phone is cleaned and polished for inspection and a bright light is directly shone on it to make even the smallest scratches visible. The pictures in the sales report therefore strongly emphasize the signs of use, so I completely understand how this could have gone unnoticed during use. If you have any questions after the price change, we can always ask our sales team for more information about the defects detected on the phone.

Bought iphone 13pro for my daughter…

Bought iphone 13pro for my daughter unfortunately when my daughter accidentally broke front glass , we discovered that back camera,battery and something also I don’t remember what guy said exactly Are NON- ORIGINAL !!! And the cameras are not supported by apple so basically is working 30% .
Changes the batteries and contact Swappie about that ..guess what ? Thair only argument was sorry you broke the glass there is nothing we can do about it.. so for me is NO MORE FROM SWAPPIE…

I bought a phone from swappie 4 or 5…

I bought a phone from swappie 4 or 5 days ago. When it came I realized a whole strip on the right side of the screen didn’t respond to any touch at all. I spent around 300 euro for a phone that doesn’t even work properly. Update now the whole phone is not really working and just glitching like crazy.

Disappointed

Bought a phone in December it came damaged had to pay €300 to be fixed elsewhere (twice ) sent back to sell to swappie not even 3 months later and they offered me €5 as they say phone is not fixable even tho they sold it to me as apparently In excellent condition . I have emailed several times and not even getting a response now. Technically the phone is still in warranty and I find it very strange how they can now tell me it’s only worth €5 to recycle however when I paid €600 in December it was ment to be excellent . Would never recommend.

No "premium" experience

I was hesitating in buying second hand phone but I gave it a try. Swappie promises that premium phones are "for those who accept no compromises, phone is cosmetically flawless and is indistinguishable from new". I was also happy to choose "prime" battery assuming it is an original Apple just a bit dated. Well, my experience was not good. The "premium" phone I received had dirt around buttons, tiny scratch on its screen and damaged oleophobic layer. Instead of slightly used battery I got just installed new but not original battery which drains super fast (comparable with my other phone 86% battery capacity). Immediately I felt that I bought a restored second hand phone which is too far from Swappie "premium" promises. The refund process was fast.

A Premium series device should indeed be cosmetically flawless and thoroughly cleaned; receiving a phone with dirt around the buttons or screen marks is not the standard we strive for. Regarding the battery, we state on our website that all our replacement batteries are high-quality compatible parts, as only Apple can provide parts branded as "original." However, a new battery should definitely not drain as fast as one with 86% capacity.

I have received a green iPhone 13 Mini…

I have received a green iPhone 13 Mini 128 GB that was supposed to be in excellent condition. However, it has very visible scratches on the edge on the side of the camera in the top left corner on the back.

I bought an iPhone in excellent…

I bought an iPhone in excellent condition. The sides of the phone have some scratches. I don't mind that much, but I do mind that there are black dots on the back of the phone. I don't know what it is, it won't go down. The battery is at 86 percent. I would expect more from a phone in "excellent" condition.

+ okay swappie i should have expect this whole condition of the phone. But what i forgot to write here is that the phone was full of dust, not dirty but it seems like somebody just left this phone on top of the shelf. And in the ,,hole,, that is above the dynamic island, maybe its speaker or something like that i think. There was some big stuck chunk of dusty ,,thing,, i removed it. It was strange

The "Excellent" condition refers specifically to the aesthetic state of the phone, and as stated on our website, it may have light, non-prominent marks or scratches. Regarding the battery, the "Excellent" grade does not dictate a higher percentage; if you chose a Standard Battery, we guarantee a minimum capacity of 86%. Only the "New Battery" option guarantees 100% capacity.

However, if you feel the black dots on the back or the scratches on the sides exceed what should be expected for an "Excellent" device, please contact us. We would be happy to inspect the phone and see if an error was made during our quality control.
