I am writing the review so people be aware of scam and fraud
I am writing the review so people should not suffer in the same scam as I have suffered. I placed two orders, but due to some mistake in them, I wanted to cancel. The orders were of 10k+ value. I called their helpline, which was of whpjwellers number. I got t know they are part of WHP Jwellers. I called them, the Ccare advised me to put an email as there is no functionality on website to cancel the order. Even after emails, they shipped the products. I called them again, they told not to receive orders. The items were sent back without delivering. I was following up to get a refund. Till now there was no reply to any of emails (even the first one of cancellation). They again shipped the product, without resolving my queries. I called them, they say, if you have prepaid order, its non-cancellable. WTH. I have again sent the order back. My money is stuck for more then 45 days and not even single reply to my 5 mails till date.
People should avoid such scam companies which do not have return and refund and moreover there is no employee for customer care. They only have third party shipment partner, nobody to resolve concerns. Even on whatsapp, they have not replied since 7 days which they have officially mentioned on their website.
