after 6 weeks still nothing

i buy 3 swords on 07-05 it was ready for shipping on 20-05, but it's now already 30 days later and it's still not shipped my order number was 5750 i have sent them massage on site, but not a singel answer back i live in europe maybe that is the problem, i don't know but i hope they will answer on this forum, i wil get a message because i have lost all hope now

No hate. I am just worried.

I was very exited to spend a good amount of money on a swa pixel blade lightsaber. I placed the order on may the 2nd(2025). I knew it would take time to get my order, but I didn't expect this much time and such poor communication. I don't mind if a company is busy making orders before mine, I would just feel better if they would consistently communicate with me after spending a few hundred dollars. I don't hate SWA I am just concerned as to if my order is ever coming. I can't even communicate with them... Order number: 5464
Update: 7/12/25 Still no response or word back from SWA.

Zero Communication, Bad Business

I ordered three lightsabers (the Vitaeden, the Knight, and the Invictus), on May 8th (Order #5816), and still have not received them as of June 18th (Today). I have emailed them twice (June 11th and June 16th), asking for an update on shipping or a means of refunding, and still have not received a response. At this point, I'm prepared to cancel and refute the payment. I am beyond dissatisfied and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve been waiting two months to receive…

I’ve been waiting two months to receive the buy one get 2 saber deal. They messaged me on website saying it would arrive by June 15th and still hasn’t. I’ve emailed them repeatedly asking for status update and no communication. I constantly get on site and it says order satisfied and nothing has been done? Order number 5762.

Disappointed Kiddos

I placed my Order on April 20th. I have yet to receive my order. It is June 16th. I have emailed the company a few times and have never received a response. I had bought these as graduation gifts for some of my kiddos. I am very disappointed that I never even received a response from the company. I understand things happen. If you spend $285 on a light saber, it should actually arrive. Order#5277

If I could give zero stars I would. SCAM! Buyer beware! Spent $270 on sabers promotion and keep getting excuses as to why they haven’t shipped yet. Send me order or I better get my money back.

You receiving your order before your friend got his replacement is completely irrelevant. Different sabers take different amounts of time to create depending on the model. And let’s not forget: you only placed your order after seeing the sabers he got. You were clearly impressed enough to buy some for yourself.

First off they missed one sabers on my…

Update they still haven't made it right and are dismissing my emails I'm speaking with my bank to fix this issue that they will not address...First off they missed one sabers on my order delivered may 2nd now almost half way through June and still no tracking or update on the missing saber...also one broke from a fall from about 3 feet swas promised to send a replacement core also no update on that...I received a 10% off coupon which I obviously gave away and that person got their order last week and my issues wasn't even been resolved...that response from swa is true and false nothing has been shipped and I've asked for a refund the request is never acknowledged they just keep saying we're shipping soon

Take back everything I said about this company they sent me the wrong saber then quit contacting me after they said "were sending you the right one" after 3 months you'd expect better service buying top of the line sabers from your company dissapointing.

My kids and I spent the whole weekend battling

The Blades were amazing my kids and I spent the whole weekend battling each other. Their site has been updated with a tracking page which I think will help many peoples ease of mind.
It took 3-4 weeks total to get my package just like they said.
I would definitely buy again.

Finally bought lightsabers!

The quality of the items is fantastic. Really well made. They feel like the real thing in your hand. I got the combat versions and can’t wait to spar with them. This is definitely just the beginnings of my collection. Will need more to add to the Weapons Wall!

Great quality and customer service

Two weeks to arrive in the UK. Great quality. Slight issue with one but fixed via chat. Would thoroughly recommend.

Note you do need to pay VAT before shipping but great deal at 3 for 1 on May 4th offer.

Sabers took a while to arrive, but overall fantastic purchase!

I purchase the Mail Cosplay saber, and got the Invictus and the vengeance for free with the may the 4th deal. It took almost 6 weeks to be delivered, but ultimately good quality sabers! They do hold up when dueling with them, and are super bright! The sounds are also super realistic. The only complaint I have is some of the preset sounds/colors on the maul sabers are wrong. For example it says "Anakin" and then lights up purple and yellow? It should be blue. Or "I'm the inquisitor" lights up green. I assume it's just a coding issue, but not major as the Maul preset works and that's what these are meant for 😁 will be making another purchase in the future!

Changed my order then refused refund!

Placed an order for The eclipse standard (website said 1 in stock) and two free lightsabers. SWA sabers changed my order to The eclipse weathered without consulting me. I noticed this and informed them this was unacceptable (Items not yet shipped). I requested a refund through PayPal as they stopped communicating with me via live chat. Here is the response I received.

“The simple version has been discontinued for a while now. If you’d like to return your sabers for a refund when they arrive, there is typically a 15% restocking fee for non defective sabers. However, due to the nature of the return, I will cover the restocking fee for you, so you can have a full refund.”

They are refusing to cancel and refund the order and are insisting that I accept the order then return it.

“The Standard Eclipse has been discontinued and unavailable for weeks. It could not be purchased or added to the cart. It was never orderable.

(I sent you pictures of my order confirmation with the eclipse standard it was only after my order was confirmed did SWA sabers the. Change the order. You may believe the saber to have been discontinued but when I ordered the website showed 1 in stock and allowed me to order. I fail to see why you cannot understand that when faced with photographic evidence!)

When you reached out because you didn’t want the weathered version, we offered a full refund with no restocking fee (even though our terms typically require one for non-defective sabers). The only condition was that the item be returned — which is standard policy for most retailers.

(My order has not shipped yet but you insist I take delivery and return it after. I want the order cancelled and my money returned so I can purchase from another supplier before Father’s Day! This would have solved the whole issue)

(I raised a PayPal dispute after you gave me your blanket response of how it is impossible for me to order this. I the. Send you screenshots and asked for a refund the ellipse standard could not be sent. You stopped replying at this point so I raised the case on PayPal to protect myself. You replied once on PayPal with the offer of me shipping them back. You have not replied to my last message but have managed to respond to my review.)

(It would appear that misinformation is your specialty. I ordered the eclipse standard, the eclipse standard is clearly on my order confirmation and on my PayPal confirmation. There is a note on my order showing it was updated after bing placed and that the standard was removed and weathered added. You are still claiming it was impossible for me to order. I would not have used SWA sabers in the first place is if the standard was unavailable for order.)

Cancel the order and return my money so I can use an alternative supplier in time for Father’s Day. The order has not shipped yet!

17/06/2025: Need to add that this seller thinks its acceptable to text customers to call them a looser!

Extremely happy with my purchase

Extremely happy with my purchase. Completely recommend them.

Everything is as described on the website listing: interchangeable sound fonts (all of them creating very satisfying and realistic swooshes), colours (some are a bit simple, but most are gorgeous), lots of customisation options even on their base models.

There was a single doubt that held me from purchasing my first set of sabers from this company, which was how the durablade sabers would look in an environment of strong light, and how their model that didn't have that issue costed quite a bit more. However, my three durablade sabers purchased with the 3 for 1 sale have no such issues. Despite being only lit at the base, they still have a full satisfying colour in broad daylight.

One negative note that must be mentioned, but that does not warrant a lower score, is the delivery. The website states international delivery is taken care of within 5 working days. My experience was closer to 5 working weeks I'm afraid. I'm certain it takes less time outside of promotions, but why buy outside of those when they are there? Just sit back, relax, and savour the anticipation. The sabers will come, and they will be awesome.

Definitely buying again from these guys.

Legitimate, Worth the wait, Duel worthy, and a must buy!

(You can Duel with them) First of all, this is a legitimate saber company, and you will receive your sabers! I am not basing this review on shipping times, as I feel that would not be a true representation of my experience. Something to keep in mind is that, depending on how many orders they receive, your order might take longer to arrive. You might see on their website that it says the sabers will take 3-5 business days to arrive. I would probably expect it in a few weeks and at most a month. For me, it took 3 weeks. Don't worry if it sits for a while on the Shop tracking app, it will move and be in transit eventually. Now on to the main review, once they arrived, I was blown away. I purchased the buy 1 get 2 free deal, which is worth it. Yes, they are a little on the expensive side, depending on which sabers you purchase. The SWA original sabers are reasonably priced and probably the most affordable route. The cool part of this deal is that you can purchase a NeoPixel for your main saber, and then get 2 baselit for free. That makes the buy 1 get 2 free deal even more worth it. But, I am pretty sure you can only get 2 baselit for free, which are the SWA originals only, and not the NeoPixels. SWA originals' saber comes in NeoPixel also, which I found interesting. I gave one to my dad for Father's Day, he loved it. All the sabers came charged with instruction booklets, all 3 came in the same package, nicely wrapped. Assembly was easy with all the sabers receiving at least 1 to 2 extra screws for the blade. So many different modes you can experiment with. The sabers are bright, responsive, enough weight in the hilt to make it feel genuine. I dueled with my brother at night, and the sabers did well. We didn't use full force, but enough to clash as if we had those plastic lightsabers as kids. Dueling feels so real that I felt as if I was in the Star Wars Universe! I am impressed and would recommend SWA Sabers for your first Neopixel or baselit saber.
