Absolute scam, customer service is shocking, they take your money & do not communicate. Avoid at all costs. If you want to lose money, then this is the site for you. Absolutely jokers

Not normally one to leave reviews but after having ordered on 06-may-2025, as of 29-jun-2025 I still have not received my order. The website and shop app tracking has shown preparing shipment/ready to ship since 20-may. I’ve emailed directly 3 times, via the shop app once and messaged their instagram twice. My only response was on may 16 telling me my order was due to ship on 21-may. I’ve had no response since.
Not exactly sure what to do now as my money was taken pretty quickly but since I’m not getting any response on trying to receive my order, I doubt I’d even get a response if I tried to cancel.

Edit: got an email on July 4th asking how my order went and if I’m happy with the product. I have not received the products and tracking on website still says “ready to ship”. Company needs a lot of work.

2nd edit: now jul 24th, still no response from swa sabers, still no lightsabers in my possession. Do not trust the influx of bots giving 5 star reviews. Now disputing this purchase with PayPal.

Ordered their "buy 1 get 2 free" on 05/04/25. As of 06/27/25, no product but they sure as hell took my money right away. Their site says "ready to ship" and has since 05/25/25. We have emailed them multiple times, reached out on their chat and reached out on Facebook. I received one 4 word statement yesterday after leaving a negative review on their site of "what's your order number" with 0 follow up. I have had to report them as a fraudulent business to my credit union to get my money back. They never responded to a request for a refund either. If I could give them 0 stars for abysmal customer service I would.

Edit - I neglected to mention that we DID get an automated response once, telling us to go to their shipping company, shop.app, yet when we did, they promptly sent us right back to these scammers.

Ordered 17 days ago and while that isn’t that long of a time span, it should be known that they advertise 3-5 business days then say after you order that it should take 3-4 weeks. Even so, you’d expect something but all I’ve received is the “order ready, June 11th” quotation and nothing else, not prepared for shipping or anything. Did some digging: reddit say they are a scam, the reviews on here advise against buying. Not the happiest I’ve ever been.

So it’s been a couple hours and SWA emailed and texted, good on them. They didn’t lash out at me or call me slurs, just a simple “Hey it’s *blank* from SWA sabers, hopefully you’ll change your review once you see the quality of our sabers. *insert tracking number*. Along with this came an email saying my order has been updated and a link to my tracking number. Sad to see it took a bad review for them to reach out and begin my order but hey at least they did. All in all I’ve definitely seen better customer service but also seen worse. I’ll leave another update once the sabers arrive. Thanks SWA

SWA has amazing products. I bought a few lightsabers and was more than impressed with them. The only thing was I had to wait a month to get them, they have poor communication, and the box was slightly damaged. Other than that, I loved them.

I am leaving this review to help others understand 1. The customer service is amazing - the shipping delays are from user error. You need to read the fine print. They make each order FRESH so your product is absolutely perfect and battle ready! They make seriously amazing products and are very helpful throughout the process. I received my order 3 weeks after placing it and it only took 3 days to ship after construction of the saber. 2. Everything was extremely high quality and an amazing product overall. I haven’t put it down since. So much fun to play with and looks super cool too. Made with high quality parts not cheap plastic. The wait time is absolutely worth the product.

They advertise 3-5 day shippping but I’m nearly at 2 months, still haven’t received the sabers my kids wanted and they are not responding to multiple emails, their online chat, and there’s no phone number to be found. Total scam and working with the back to get my money back. AVOID! Order #5559

Worse company ever. Took month to receive item. Have the right to dispute funds until I receive it. This is the company your deal with when they call you a scum and f#ck moron.

After doing some digging, I came to the conclusion that the 3-5 day shipping window was inaccurate due to the fine print under the saber stating that it may take up to 2 weeks to construct the saber if one is not already built. I placed my order on June 9th, and have had the second of 4 payments charged. I haven't even managed to get a response via their support email, or their Instagram page. I dont mind if it takes time for them to arrive, but I'd like a response to verify that they are at least working on the order. It was supposed to be a birthday gift, and being on the hook for almost $400 for items that I can not verify are going to arrive prevented me from getting a back up gift.

Update: 7/02/25
I received notice of the package shipping this morning. Before I left work, I was notified that the package had arrived. When I got home, I opened the outer sleeve and the box, and the items were better than I had originally thought they would be. After figuring out how to assemble them, I handed one to my girlfriend and we could not believe how well the motion tracking was for the sound fx. As far as the durability, we had a BBQ at work the following day. My bosses family came in, and his 2 younger kids asked if they could play with the sabers. I was skeptical at first, but after hearing them smack the tip of the sabers on the concrete several times and checking them, the most I was able to find was a scuff or 2 that I could wipe off with a damp paper towel. I changed the rating from 2 to 5 stars. My only complaint is that there wasn't good communication about the order status when I inquired about it.

Placed an order on May 9th during their "Buy 1-get-2 free" event. Order updates stopped at "confirmed" on May 25th.m, no explanation. Reached out for updates twice via email, as the Shop app SWA Sabers' website directs you to wouldn't update status. Finally contacted my bank to cancel the transaction in late June. Six weeks of wasted time and money, so don't bother with this company.

Just trying to get information about my order and haven't got anything yet, now I'm trying here. I ordered on May 10th and still nothing has been delivered or a response to my multiple emails. My order #5925 has been "ready to ship" since may 20th via shop app

There's nothing wrong with the company. I think but I knew that it was going to be a long time before I got them but I was hoping that they would come before June 27th. Cause I'm leaving, but but nothing generally wrong with the company. I'm just waiting to hear back from them so I can figure out when they're coming. Order 8798

Arrived earlier than I was expecting, thought I’d be waiting a month or two but showed up after a few weeks. Super happy with everything, love my obi neopixel, feels like a forgotten Jedi relic. Spectacularly bright and the weight of the sounds added a lot more to the experience than I thought it would.

Ordered my sabers on may 11th and I remain saberless my order number is #6061 please respond soon I’m starting to get worried this isn’t legit

Ordered 3 for father’s day thinking they would come before then because the site said “in stock”. Found out after my purchase that if you click on a lick called shipping info it says it takes 2 weeks to make them. And now it’s been 2 weeks since my order and I still haven't received a tracking number. Site feels like a huge scam.

I too as many others have order from this company on their May 4 sale. And I have yet to receive anything and anytime I try to contact the company I either get a automated email or nothing at all. This company seems like nothing but a giant scam. I would not recommend buying anything from them . Was of your time and money!.

Hey there everyone. Seems like plenty of people are having a similar issue to me. I placed my order on May 4 for the buy 1 get 2 free deal and I still haven't recieved any update as to my orders whereabouts. Constantly checking the websites tracking and the shop app for any changes, nothing thus far, states order is ready to ship. Have also inquired on Instagram profile and email to no reply. I understand they have orders backed up, but the non existent communication is seriously unprofessional. Am hoping for an update soon. Very excited to get my sabers and am being very patient. As I first time buyer, the lack of communication is very concerning. Order #5604

Sabers ordered back in May on buy 1 get 2 free deal.
After paying they then demanded a further £60 for UK VAT. Not mentioned at time of purchase and no way to cancel the order.
Still waiting for sabers 6 weeks later. Was told they would ship 10 days ago and arrive 3 days later. Now not replying to messages.

Update on 5th July. Raised dispute via PayPal on 21st June. Still no response from company.

Update 20th Sept: The company never replied to the paypal dispute so I received a full refund from Paypal.

Received my first ever set of sabers, for dueling, and so far I have been very impressed! Took a little while to figure out the controls as the text didn’t quite make sense to me (acronyms like bgm “background music” and foc “flash on clash” were new to me) but a quick search online sorted it. The handles look amazing, and the colours are good in the blade.

Customer service was quick to get in touch with me, and reply to my queries. Can’t recommend them enough!

I love these so much I bought another set of 3.
