Excellent quality products but communication needs improvement

Excellent quality products. I love the darth vader combat saber i bought plus 2 others for free which are also excellent. My biggest gripe and the only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is communication, this company seriously needs to improve its customer service as i was beginning to think I'd been scammed before recieving tracking info as it was out for delivery. The shop app does not work and is a bad choice. So hopefully they improve their communication lines otherwise the only thing i wish my lightsabers had is the duel of the fates song since it plays on some of their ads. But for quality I've never had a better quality saber let alone 3 so i am happy but i understand why people are frustrated with the lack of communication.

Amazing sabers

Amazing sabers. Ordered three of them on June 10 and just got them two days ago. Wish they could have came earlier but I don’t know what exactly goes into the making and shipping of these items. It was worth the wait. Would order from SWA Sabers again!

Ordered 3 months ago, nothing.

Order number 5874.

I ordered the Buy 1 get 2 on May 9th. All I see on the website is "Order Ready on May 20th". After a few weeks of nothing I reached out twice, 2 weeks apart, using the chat function on their website and was told both times my order would "ship out next Wednesday".

I haven't gotten any tracking numbers.

I commented on a SWA Sabers post on FB and they reached out via FB messenger asking for my order number, I gave it to them and haven't heard back since.

On July 3rd I got an email asking me how much I like my Sabers.

I have emailed the company via their info email on their website and hopefully I get a response, because this is getting depressing.

Poor communication

I’m in the same boat as most other people that ordered the buy one get two deal it seems. I ordered on May 10 it’s now July 9 and still nothing no sabers. They only responded to only one email I sent and it was a what’s your order number email. I really want to like this company as I’ve heard they do quality work but my God their customer service is awful. I genuinely don’t mind waiting for quality work but the complete lack of communication is really frustrating and honestly disappointing. My order number is 5891. Hopefully this generates a response. I will happily change this review if I receive an update from SWA and/or my order.

I ordered the 3 for the price of 1…

I ordered the 3 for the price of 1 deal. Incredible product, as good as I could have hoped, looks great and works great. However, it took 40 days to receive my order and the customer service was very slow and poor. Overall, I recommend the product so far, but the wait time wasn’t ideal as it missed the whole of June.

Well worth the wait…

These sabers are really well crafted and sturdy. I bought them as a buy one get two deal and was very happy with the purchase. The shipment took 3-4 weeks to ship out, as stated on the website. So if you don't mind waiting then I seriously recommend purchasing your saber from them. I had trouble operating the saber, so I contacted them on their website and someone responded right away, so customer service is also amazing.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered in May. I understand that there is long wait times for orders to arrive. However, I have sent numerous emails and used the chat functions on the site to try and get updates. The order shows ready to ship since May 25 and I have no response or tracking of any kind. Would not recommend buying from this company.

Amazing Combat Ready Sabers

These sabers are so amazing. I recently got 3 of them and decided to purchase another one. I definitely recommend SWA Sabers as they have a lifetime warranty on their blades and of they break, they can replace it, making me less worried about using it for combat.

No communication, still waiting months later

Order #5283. I ordered April 21st. I waited a month and a half before reaching out. I was told it would ship June 18th. It did not. I tried reaching out multiple times and have gotten no response. I have been waiting for 2.5 months. I am unable to even track the order using their website anymore. I am now thinking it might be a scam. I would not buy from them, it is not worth the headache. Even if they eventually come, it will not be worth the stress. UPDATE: 7/16 Still nothing from them. I have asked for a refund, and am hoping I can at least get my money back. UPDATE 2: 7/26 I have reported them on all platforms for their scam and have started the process of a charge back. I suggest that everyone do the same. UPDATE: 8/8 Still nothing from them. Obviously a scam. DO NOT BUY. Update: 8/21 They changed the status to delivered, but the date makes no sense. They said it would be ready soon in June, but the date delivered is marked in May. How could it already be here if we were discussing getting it shipped a month later? That was the one time they talked to me, and only lies and manipulation. They will not respond to me because they are cowards.

Excellent customer service.

Lightsabers arrived. 1 of them was wrong but they sent the correct one free of charge and let me keep the one sent in error. I was dubious because of some negative reviews but this company has reassured me and kept their word every step of the way. The sabers are great quality. "Impressive, most impressive.".

Just want an order update

I placed an order on May 9th as part of the buy-one-get-two deal. It is now July 4th and I have yet to receive an update, much less the product itself. I understand that the manufacturing process can take a while but almost two months with no communication is concerning. It has been “Ready to Ship” since May 25th. I emailed the seller just to ask for an update and never got a response. Hoping to get one here. Order number is 5880.

**UPDATE: it is now SEPTEMBER 21st and I still have heard NOTHING. No email, no response to my review, nothing.

**UPDATE #2: It is now NOVEMBER 16th and I still have not heard anything. I emailed them again and sent a message through shop and have gotten no reply. It really feels like I got scammed because I can’t even ask for a refund with how they are basically ignoring me. Do not recommend buying from them unless you’re okay with being scammed.

Company needs to work on Communication

Order #5534. Ordered (2) in "Buy 1, Get 2 Free" on May 4, 2025. Only received confirmation email. Asked for update on May 26, 2025 with no response.

Received an email July 3, 3035 asking how I like the product, which I haven't received yet. "Track my order" feature on SWA website says "Order has been fulfilled.", and Shop app says it has been delivered. Spoiler alert: it hasn't.

Will be happy to update review once it's figured out, if the product is worth the price tag.

Not a happy customer at this time.

Update: Now August 3, 2025. No communication. Status of order has not changed at all.

Hoping negative reviews garner attention since that appears to have some effect on their communication.

Company is a scam. Don't buy anything during the "Buy 1, Get 2" promotion. This allows them to take your money and give you no opportunity for refunds when they fail to deliver.

Avoid at all costs.

Never go our order (going on 4 months, about to be 5).

Well, so far after 4 months still no word on our order. We did manage to get a response after the first 3 months, in which they apologized, said it was an internal shipping error, and even gave us an extra saber as an apology...and now nothing for over a month. Nobody would even answer emails or chats on the website - except for one time. After trying to get someone to respond, usually sending a question every 30 minutes to an hour, I did (once) get a response saying that I was "spamming" the chat. After that, no further response. This was order #4367, by the way, and wow it has been hard not to think the whole thing is a scam...

Worried order is not coming

When I was originally buying my sabers, I thought that it would arrive at least within a week, but now its allready been a mounth and it says the order is only "ready to ship". Im confident of the sabers quality, its just that my order 7767 has taken a mouth and I am worried. I hope you can do something to at least update me on how its doing.

Update: it arrived the same day as I added this review. The quality is good. But it still took longer than I thought to arrive.
