Over the last three months i have contacted them several times through their website. I never get an answer. Very poor service.

I emailed them again.
Now 10 days later still no reply.

Why do they not answer ??

Won a Harrison Ford Indiana Jones signature on the auction at a great price. Paid a little extra for the letter of authenticity which is fantastic and my signature was examined and graded by Pete Chuka. On the rear of the picture is also a Beckett witnessed hologram which also gives it that extra piece of authenticity. Superb service from SWAU and when my autograph was sent it took 3 days from US to UK. Will DEFO be using SWAU again!

The multiple times I’ve used SWAU was all experiences I had no issues with! For requests I had for example shipping speed & deadlines, they were very accommodating & specific with what needed to be done which all worked out well in the end. They were able to provide autographs to my collection that I didn’t expect I would have the opportunity in doing so. As well, they are able to provide much more than services to us when they have a variety of Facebook groups to connect with other collectors around the world, just the tip of the iceberg! I do recommend SWAU for potential new customers & I thank them for what they’ve done for us fans in various ways like private signings, conventions, forums, you name it!
