All round excellent service with a great selection of celebrities all the time and an unbeaten customer support.

I've been a customer of SWAU for a long time. The times I've purchased their services, I was extremely pleased with the results. I'm not always able to attend events in person, but SWAU is constantly bringing the opportunity to get autographs of the top celebrities from both public and private signing events. The staff is always very helpful if any issue arises and have been able answer any questions I had pre-purchase as well as keeping me updated along the process while my item was in their care. They also offer immense value with their autograph verification services which I've used countless times. I look forward to using their services again in the future.

Everytime I have ordered through SWAU, not only have they never failed to keep their promises, but they continue to exceed my expectations time and time again. SWAU is professional, efficient, and always remains loyal to their customers and continue to grow and provide excellent quality services and products. 100/10 would recommend!

SWAU has great signings. I use the quick opinion service, I have a subscription to the Star Wars mystery box, and regularly purchase through signings, their store, and the auctions they run. I always have a good experience.

SWAU is a whole different level in every respect when it comes to autographs. Whether it's buying, selling, authentication, appraisal or whatever other autograph related question/concern one may have, SWAU is the place!!!! There isn't much more I can say except always use SWAU for anything autograph related. You will always get the best quality, authentic piece you could imagine and more from them. Also I've never had better customer service ANYWHERE EVER, hands down (in person or online). This is just my personal experience/opinion wit SWAU and I've been involved wit them for 2 years give or take now. Couldn't be happier and couldn't ask for more. Have and will always continue to recommend SWAU to anyone/everyone I know for any/all autograph related questions/concerns!!

After 20+ years collecting signatures on 2 Star Trek posters, I turned them over to SWAU for authentication of the over 100 autographs on each. Not only did SWAU do a fantastic job with the authentication, they gave me a really great price for the job. Now finally off to be framed. Thanks SWAU! Couldn't recommend more highly!

I bought an item directly from them (8x10 signed photo). I followed the page to see when things would be sent back. Saw many other sent, waited and waited, and nothing. I finally reached out to them and they said they had lost my item and could not offer a replacement. It happens, I get it. They would only reimburse me with a gift card which wasn’t great but I accepted and was ready to just move on. A few weeks later in one of their big inventory drops, the EXACT item I ordered showed up priced 40% higher than what I paid to have signed. I made a post on their Facebook and it was up for a few minutes until the admins deleted it. In that time I got 15+ Facebook messages from other members talking about a similar experience and people out hundreds. Sometimes it goes well with SWAU, but when it doesn’t, beware!

My funko send in came back damaged beyond repair and it took over a month to get a response and not only that they tried to blame UPS and put a claim in through UPS so they weren’t losing money. It was definitely not an ups problem. Never use these guys for convention orders only use for rare signers.

I have ordered from SWAU on multiple occasions and the work they do is fantastic. On one order a character name was missed, they did a great job of taking care of me. They refunded that part, told me I could send it in the next time that person signed and they would take care of it and they did! On top of that they added the new QR code certification to the old SWAU circle. Can't say enough about them, very friendly at the cons and will chat with you. Their Facebook groups have been a HUGE resource, I have learned so much. The online quick opinion has been fantastic for me. Lastly their new auctions are a blast.

Amazing people working there the team is very helpful and goes above and beyond to help u out. Fast response time and fast return on items. I never feel left in the dark when trying to get information. Amazing only really shop with them since they r so detailed

Excellent service from signings, authentication, sales, and auction. Always thorough and reliable.

Always use them for my send in items and have had amazing experiences. They treat my items well in person and ship well packaged for their protection. Even when issues come up that are out of their control I have been treated fairly and professionally.

I’ve been a part of SWAU since pretty close to the beginning and I’ve seen this grow from basically a few guys talking to one of the most prolific and professional autograph entities in the world. I recently took part in my first auction and it was a perfect experience.

SWAU has a great lineup of clients offering signatures but couple improvements needed...
1. More clients from other shows.
2. Additional or Exclusive photos for selection
3. Quicker update on website.

I have used their services numerous times. Starting with their first signing of Daisy Ridley. Highly recommend

Great products, great signings and great customer service can’t recommend enough!

I've had consistently positive experiences with all my transactions, encountering no issues. Meeting some of the team at conventions, I found them to be incredibly nice and courteous individuals. Primarily, I rely on their services for high-profile talent signings.

I have never had anything but perfect service from this group! Always get exactly what I ordered sent with protection and care!
