Having been in the website game for over 10 years, I can confidently say I’ve never experienced service and ongoing support as good as what I get from Cloud Above. It's a real breath of fresh air in the hosting industry. We’ve been with them for years now, managing multiple hosting accounts and domains, and the experience has consistently been outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cloud Above to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive hosting.

The best customer service I have expereinced with any company. They just go above and beyond, I really can't stress just how good I have found Cloud Above in every respect. If you're looking for hosting, then this is it! Also the in-house deveolped control panel - Scout - is brilliant. Easy to manage, with all of the controls you could want.

I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. I moved my web and email hosting to them several years ago after getting too fed-up with awful service from 1and1 (now Ionos). I switched to cloudabove (or swbroadband as they were then) and have had outstanding customer service on every occasion. They are really quick to answer phones and emails and deal with any issues when they arise and give lots of notice of upcoming renewal dates for domains and packages. I cannot praise this company enough.

I've got my domain and website running through Cloudabove and the service has been flawless. Recently, I started a Shopify store, and while connecting it to a subdomain of my website, unexpected issues appeared with the DNS records that I couldn't foresee or resolve on my own. I considered hiring a specialist at first but before doing that I reached out to the tech support of Cloudabove. They were super-knowledgeable, patient and very friendly, and fixed the issue without additional cost. I especially appreciated that they advised me against purchasing a separate domain from them and managed to connect my existing one, saving me the trouble and cost. Highly recommended (Thanks Ryan!)

I became fed up with the company I was using to host a couple of web sites and an email service. After many years of very good service, they were gobbled up by GoDaddy (who also own 123) and the service plummeted to utterly appalling, as well as being fleeced for massive increases in charges.
I found a recommendation for Cloudabove on the Martin Lewis web site so gave them a try. Well, all my services were migrated to them without a single hitch, and the support throughout was first class. You can actually deal with a real person! How unusual is that these days? They are based in Cornwall where I live, and I prefer to support local businesses where ever possible. I would highly recommend this company - operated as companies should be. Excellent service leads to recommendations, more customers and success. This simple business principle seems lost these days on outfits that don't deserve the market domination they have. Highly recommended!

Simply fantastic customer service. Often go above and beyond traditional support. No complaints about the products or pricing. If anything it is too cheap for the level of service received. Can't rate them highly enough.

I completely agree with all the five star comments here. This really is how companies should be run. Flexible service (so I can have a little more in the months I need it, and just pay for that extra month), and absolutely top-class customer service based in Cornwall, England. I've never used anyone else that's ever come close. As a web developer and IT tutor, I need to be able to rely on the servers, rely on the service and rely on the team behind it. Top-notch!

Cloudabove are an exceptional company. They go the extra mile to ensure you are performing at your best. I had a few issues with google ( who doesn't ) and reached out to Cloudabove to see if they could help. Even though it has nothing to do with the Cloudabove servers they still helped me fix the issue. My google performance improved the day I moved to Cloudabove and month on month continues to improve. they are well priced and you will not regret moving to this company. I have used more expensive companies in the past that did not have this level of service and technology. If you have a website you need to talk to Cloudabove. There is good reason their reviews are so good.

It is very rare to find a company in any industry in which you can find no fault whatsoever, but Cloudabove is one of them.

I have finally ditched the dreadful TSOhost and signed up with Cloudabove. Ryan has been so helpful in transferring my websites and it is a novelty to have working email again! Everything transferred in 48 hours and no waiting hours for someone to respond.

I switched to CloudAbove after having real problems with my previous host - a large company I'd been with for 20 years. I tweeted about the problems and CloudAbove responded within an hour or so. My previous host took well over 24 hours to even notice my tweet - and by the time they'd tried to speak to me to sort out the problem, I'd switched.

CloudAbove made switching easy - and the service and support I've received since then have been excellent. I'd recommend them 100x over - they aren't just a "Cloud Above". They are a dream company - you couldn't ask for better.
