Requested $101.96 back on Feb 07

Requested $101.96 back on Feb 07, 2025. Put a case in and asked why it hasn't been redeemed. All of a sudden closed my case stating they haven't heard back (even though I responded). Today, provided proof of email stating they would issue money within 10 days. Waiting to hear back. Too bad I wasted $45 on this company.

Waiting over a month for my $125…

Waiting over a month for my $125 redemption that I submitted on 02/12/2025. I've emailed multiple times about it and keep getting told redemptions are taking a bit longer and to rest assured I'll be paid! Well waiting this long for money I won fair and square is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Don't play at sweepslots if you want to recieve what you've won, there are plenty of other sites that pay fairly quick and don't give you the runaround BS!!

2 months no payment. Once paid will submit 5 star review.

I have been waiting for $380 since 2/3 and keep getting the same messages that they will escalate it and they are backed up. Stephen is a nice support agent and respectful. But am really needing my redeem. It's been about 32 business days I been waiting. I will update and give a 5 star rating once I get paid out. They use to pay out right at two weeks.

Update! My redeem canceled and I didn't even cancel it!!! So I had to resubmit 3/19, for my whole amount of $450 does this mean I got to wait all over again!?

Update again!! Now I am told the payment didn't go through, I had to resubmit again!!! And yet another week goes by... If I ever get paid, will give a 5 star review, as of yet, no payment still.... It's been about 2 months total or more!

Redemption on 1/29/25 of $100. I've contacted several times but was given generic answers. It's now 3/18, still no money, no updates. Do yourself a favor, and play elsewhere. I'm about to contact a few people in my circle.

I hope redemptions happen. I don't understand how a company supposedly based in the USA would post the following when one lives in California??

WARNING: They won't pay! Rugpull Alert!!

I've been waiting on my $220-something redemption since 1/23/25 with another $75 in my balance and not only have they not paid me but apparently they no longer welcome players from California (??? why?? there's no CA regulation I'm aware of) and won't respond to emails about the status of my redemption or balance. DO NOT DEPOSIT unless you don't care about getting your money back

Stay away! They do not pay! I won two months ago and have been getting the run around. They then out my redemption back into my account sso i have to start all iver again, another two months. I am 100 percent sure they have no intention of paying

Not paying!

I have been verified, cashed out before no problem, now this time I'm getting the run around, and now it looks as if they blocked my ip address??? I'm in California and shouldn't be blocked. So I'm not sure if they're going to close down or what but it's disheartening that they'll keep taking money but not pay the wins.... I'll update if they do but I'm not holding my breath

WILL I GET PAID?!? doesn't look good...

I first requested a redemption on 11/30/24...kept asking for an update got the run around and mostly ghosted. then in Jan 2025 they sent the money back because it had expired! (in the meantime I stupidly made a couple more purchases) I requested a new withdrawal and it "got approved" however I never received the funds after 7 business days...when I contacted them they got back to me and said they didn't have a specific timeframe....its now 3/13/25....doesn't look good

Update was paid 3/13!! But was a long wait… but they do in fact pay!

Trying to redeem my first time. I am verified and only won $100… buttt I was waiting over a month and my redemption was canceled “they said my card declined” then they told me to resubmit which was 2/7 and I would be paid out within a week. Here it is 3/12 and still nothing. I will update review if I get paid out. This company use to pay out right at 2 weeks, now, I’m not sure what’s going on. This started around Jan I believe.

I also have been waiting for my $500…

I also have been waiting for my $500 redemption...first done on November 30, 2024. I get all kinds of excuses in form letters. I've sent numerous emails and always get the same answers...they are having problems etc. etc. My redemption is being processed...etc. etc. Still to this date...nothing. I have had to redo the redemption 3 times after they put it back into my account. The last time I did it for $450 thinking maybe a new amount would make it go through...still nothing. It is going on 4 months now and I'd like to know if anyone has an idea of how to make them pay up? I sent a email to their parent company's CEO and other high up persons. Never heard back from anyone. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Horrible redemption service!!

Horrible redemption service!!! Not once but twice I am sitting here over a month still waiting for a few hundred. They do not pay!!! 💰 💰 💰 💰 💰 💰!! I play on a few different sites and this is just unheard of… stay away! Do yourself a favor. Go to Chumba or the other many.. at least you have a chance to get paid.

Have been waiting since 2/25 for first redemption from the site and I reached out tonight to get status on it and was met with a bot so I'm kind of worried that it's not going to go through, but I will update once it has. Fingers crossed 🤞

Update March 25, 2025. I finally got the redemption so if you're waiting for it, just be patient. I did reach out to their customer service a few times so I don't know if that affected me receiving it but hope this can help someone worrying about it.

I put in my redemption in October 12024 still waiting it’s been a lil over 5 months

I put in my redemption on October 1, 2024. It is now over five months and I still have not been paid and as I sit here and read other people’s reviews that have cashed out after me and have received their redemptions already. I don’t understand if it’s backlogged Then the oldest ones should be getting paid first I have seen multiple redemptions from people saying they won in January and February and have received their redemptions mine from October 1, 2024. I do not understand why I am still waiting. I received an email stating that my redemption was approved and that I should be getting paid and then here I sit almost 2 1/2 months later, and I still have not received the money and then now I just got another email stating that it’s in the process of being approved when I already got one saying that it had been approved. I used to play and I’ve had multiple redemptions in the early months of 2024 and never had a problem or an issue and now I’ve been waiting for 5+ months and still I’ve tried to cancel it and it won’t let me and resubmit it because I thought maybe it got lost or something or forgot about I just wanna be paid. I don’t want to report you to the attorney general. but you’ve left me no other options, but that I expect to be paid immediately. This is gone far too long and I would be patient and understanding if I haven’t seen that people have been paid that I put in their redemption’s after me that’s why I’m upset so pay this immediately
