Says if place order over £30 get next day, 3 days late, cant speak to anyone directly as says order fulfilled but clearly not ! No customer service at all! Placed order so would be here by certain day and now i have no idea if its even coming at all.

Use to get delivered straight from the company liked the personal touch, but now delivered by DPD , still good but not the same personal touch , but I will still give 5 * as there products are fresh and delicious, well worth the money.

My first time shopping with Sweet One and I'm certainly going to be heading back to their website. The website is easy to use, has a great choice and the entire process of ordering and paying etc was simple. The order arrived very quickly and I was kept informed from order receipt, departure through to delivery. Great tasting sweets too.
