I fell in love with a few Isdin products while visiting Spain and was disappointed to think that I would not be able to procure them in Canada. Enter Sweetcare! Bought two face cremes, with a whopping discount, 50%! Amazing quality, and fresh product too, I think they store everything properly, because I used the product before and I can see that its just perfect. Also was surprised that they deliver internationally, so u suggested stope to my mother, who is in France. Will definitely be purchasing again!!

Delivery was handled well and the product was delivered in good condition even though it was shipped from Europe to my country here in Philippines.

Disappointed – Order Cancelled Due to Their Error
I placed my first order during a promotional campaign, paid in full, and received confirmation. Then the company cancelled it, citing a “technical error” on their website. The refund was automatic, but that’s not enough.
The mistake was entirely on their side — I didn’t cancel, and I followed all conditions. Yet I lost access to the discounted price and wasn’t offered any way to reorder under the same terms. A refund doesn’t fix the inconvenience or the missed opportunity.
If a retailer confirms an order and takes payment, they should honour it — or at least offer compensation or a chance to reorder at the same price. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.

I placed an order on this website and paid in full through Klarna (order #1551694, €140.25). Right after payment, I received an automatic email saying “Payment error, finish your payment,” even though Klarna confirmed my transaction.

I contacted the company five times: three times via their contact form (using two different email addresses) and twice directly from my email provider. One of my messages was even returned by Mailer Daemon, saying my address had been blocked by their system.

After hours without any reply, I cancelled my order and asked them not to process the payment, which is still pending on Klarna’s side. Seeing another customer report that this company withdrew money a week after cancellation makes me very concerned.

This was my first and naturally my last order with this website. Their lack of response and the fact that they block customer emails is completely unacceptable.
