CHEAP EURO BEGGERS!

I have bought with them 2 perfumes worth of around 160euro total and got a call from my country customs department that all of the international deliveries over 150euro were being charged additional taxes and charges.
Because i am new in the online orders i have very slowly made orders on the website, and was even searching on sweetcare website anything about some additional costs.
Because i did not find anything there, i have placed order for 2 perfumes (because by their actions if you buy 2 products worth of over 100euro they ship you for free with DHL and similar stuff, in general if you order good they give you benefits).
Then a call came from my country customs that the perfumes came but they need to charge me additional costs of 120euro more (so now total would be 160+120 = 280euro for 2 perfumes worth maximum 190euro total in my country)!!!
I protested to the customs service and even they lowered the demand to 60euro (160initial + 60taxes) because i was new in this.
During this process i was emailing customer service of sweetcare, and they said to me when i know the correct taxes price, send them the bill and they will work it out for me (something like unofficial refund offer, atleast i thaught it was).
When i got the correct tax price, i have sent them and i even said, no need to refund, just send me some product which does not even need to be the exact amount cost, just something symbolic worth of 20,30euro, just to say i was not scammed.
They replied me that the best i could get is a discount coupon for the next buy worth of 5-10 percent hahahahahaha!!!
So now i am typing my FIRST EVER BAD REVIEW (which is unfortunately not a ZERO), because if i could, i would give these scammers MILLION ZEROS!!!
That is how cheap they finished in my eyes.
I got the perfumes, and they are in good condition, and if these cheap thieves have not been so cheap with their miserable 5percent coupon refunds, i would definitely be buying more from them.
Even now i think of buying from them again, but this time just to show how cheap they are, that even if i say all of the worst for their management and giving them miserable review, they will still accept my order, because they are so desperate for EUROS!!

As you are aware, customs duties are charged by your local authorities, not by SweetCare. For this reason, it is not possible for us to refund an amount that was paid to a different entity.

This is the maximum level of support we can provide, and it has already been explained to you. It is not possible to offer free products to offset customs charges.

Order hasnt arrived

I placed an order on July 27, 2025 and paid in full. My package only reached Mexico customs on August 29 — more than a month later. This delay happened before customs was even involved, so it’s clearly a SweetCare fulfillment problem, not a customs issue.

Because of this, I am leaving for my travels tomorrow without the products I needed. I’ve had to spend additional time, money, and stress replacing items at the last minute.

SweetCare continues to respond with boilerplate messages blaming customs, but ignores the fact that their own dispatch and delivery timeline is the real problem.

I’m extremely disappointed. Whether they acknowledge their responsibility and offer fair compensation will determine if I ever consider using them again.

Products were really well priced

Products were really well priced, delivered quickly through DHL from Portugal to Australia without hassles. Products were authentic and in great condition. Will be purchasing again in the future. I tried purchasing many times and there was a fee involved for shipping to Australia despite the order being $300+. However one day I went to my cart and was able to somehow purchase without shipping costs. I’m not sure if they occasionally offer free shipping for large orders? I found that information difficult to find. There is also a sweet plus program that is meant to provide you with a 5% cashback on the total purchase value but that doesn’t appear to have worked at my end as my balance is still zero.

Overall very pleased and will be buying again.

I would definitely recommend it

I would definitely recommend the Sweetcare website for several reasons: great prices, fast shipping, a wide range of skincare products, original items, careful packaging, frequent sales, and a 5% cashback on purchases that you can use towards your next order.

I also love that they create themed sets with mini products from well-known brands (e.g., summer sets, children’s sets, haircare, or anti-aging). Some brands even have their own loyalty programs and beauty advisors available for help. For example, I use Medik8, which has a great program—if you spend €500, you get 20% back!

My last order arrived in just 2 days, shipped from Portugal to Poland—that’s impressively fast. The quality of products is always excellent. The only small downside is that you don’t always receive free samples (it happened to me twice), but that’s just a nice extra.

On top of that, you get a €5 discount on your first order, and can find extra savings (like 5% off) through bloggers. Their promotions are amazing, sometimes up to 50% off. Personally, I’m waiting for their Medik8 2=3 promotion to come back—I missed it last time and can’t wait for it to return.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with Sweetcare and definitely planning more purchases soon!

I’d like to share my experience with Sweet Care. My last purchase was two years ago, when I ordered Dior Homme Intense twice. I noticed a discrepancy in the packaging: the first item came with a barcode, while the second did not, which raised questions about authenticity.
Shipping fees were relatively high, and product prices excluded VAT. At present, the site’s fragrance prices have become notably inflated, matching local market and Dior boutique rates—despite lacking VAT inclusion.
To their credit, customer service was responsive: I previously canceled an order and received a full refund. However, my main concern remains the excessive price increase and lack of tax transparency.
