Great deals with awful service!
11 days ago I have purchased a winter jacket from Sweetdeal.dk that had a very good price and short delivery time - as stated (with big red letters!) on their website, would be 3-5 DAYS. (Even though I do not really speak danish myself, I have translated the page and gave my friends to look at it and make sure that I understood everything correctly.) I have been waiting patiently all this time, understanding that a small delay is possible. However, today I received a letter that said that there has been a mistake and my order will come in 3-4 WEEKS! Seriously?! I was counting on wearing it THIS winter, but by the time I will receive it - it will be too warm outside for it! This was my first, and now last time I'm buying from Sweetdeal. Very disappointed!

We are really sorry for the inconvenience.
There was a "splash" by mistake, put on the deal with the tekst 3-5 days delivery.
Below in the text "det med småt", the 3-4 weeks was written as it should be, but unfortunately the splash from another deal showed up on this on.
If you dont want the jacket you should just contact our customer service and we will make sure that your purchase is refunded.
