I should have read the reviews before…

I should have read the reviews before ordering!! I got my parcel on time, but one of the 3 bags was broken and all the sweets were all over the box (that was damaged). I contacted them several times, but no reply, then I checked the reviews and I think I won't have any reply :(
Not going to be ordering anymore.

I ordered over a month ago

I ordered over a month ago, still no sweets, I have emailed, phoned left lots of messages, I had a email back regarding my order review over a week ago asking what they could do to put it right and not publish my review, well surprisingly still no reply, this company is terrible, since reading the reviews now, would certainly have not ordered in the beginning very disappointed would certainly not recommend

Terrible seller

Terrible seller. Items arrived too late for party. I was ignored when I asked to return. I returned anyway, using RM tracked and I have heard nothing and zero refund. Appalling service. DO NOT BUY.

Scammer

I ordered some Pez Sweet Dispensers for my Son’s birthday party. The order arrived too late, so I frantically ordered some from Amazon for next day delivery. When I contacted the shop, Nick confirmed I could send the order back for a refund. I have waited 5 weeks and still haven’t received a refund. I have emailed the Shop twice and left a message, but have not been contacted or responded to. I have a Royal Mail Tracking Number to confirm I sent the order back. Do NOT buy from this Shop. It is an untrustworthy business and based on other reviews here, this is not an isolated incident. Ultimately, the Shop has stolen from me, as they have completely ghosted me and have failed to give me my refund.

missing items no refund

received items and found the most expensive item was missing and the packing slip had refunded written on it so I checked my account and had no refund.

I then contacted them and was told he would look into it so I waited 2 days and asked for an update and send a picture of the packing slip and received no reply so I tried again the next day and got nothing still so a couple of days later I contacted my bank to try to resolve the situation.

beware bad customer service and a possibility of them keeping your money and giving you nothing!

Nothing but issues from the start

Nothing but issues from the start. The whole experience with this company has been terrible. I placed my order on 07/07/25, it was then shipped on 08/07/25 but didn’t actually arrive with me until 14/07/25 despite me paying £4.95 for 2-3 day shipping - instead it took 6 days. Upon opening my order I discovered 2 of my items were missing, 2 items that I had already paid for. I tried to contact the company numerous times via email, however had no response. I then finally managed to get through to someone on the phone who advised they would send the missing items out, as they were needed for 19th July. They said they had work experience students in and they had realised parts of the order had not been packed, therefore they’d send them out right away. This was Wednesday and it’s now Friday, and I have received nothing. To then make matters worse, the company tried to make me out to be untruthful about my order - despite the fact I had a conversation with them and they admitted the work experience students forgot to pack them! I really wish I had bought from elsewhere, because now I am out of pocket, missing items and my daughter’s mermaid sweetie table for her birthday is incomplete due to the incompetence, poor customer service and sheer disregard for their customers. So disappointing and I will not be ordering again.

Exceptional customer service

If I could give this company 6 stars I would. I had ordered 60 items from another company (Wholesale Sweets UK) for my son's party which never arrived and they were ignoring emails/calls. I called up Sweetie Shoppie in desperation at 5pm to see if they had the same in stock. Nick went out of his way to help - first he went to check stock levels and called me back. Unfortunately they didn't have enough so he went away again to see if he had anything else in stock that could work as a party bag gift. He called back 10 minutes later with a suggestion of freeze dried sweets. I'd never heard of them but apparently they are all the rage. He then arranged for his delivery driver to go out of his way to drop them off to me the very next day. After my experience with Wholesale Sweets (I am now battling to get refunded), Nick at Sweetie Shoppie restored my faith in humanity. Small, family-run business' like this deserve to do well - Nick was so, so helpful and the sweets were a huge success (probably more so than what I had originally ordered).

Atrocious

Atrocious. Placed an order back in mid November and no sign of it. For some reason they were sent to correct address but with a digit missing from postcode. Contacted Evri twice and Sweetie Shopee either twice or 3 times and still no order. Just terrible customer service

Your response is awful. My details were entered correctly YOU sent to wrong address. The goods were returned to you ( according to Evri) yet I’ve had no refund😡
Perhaps if you put as much effort into customer service as you do to refuting reviews your company would not have almost 25% of reviews showing only 1 star. Will never use your company again and will urge others likewise

We want to clarify that when placing an order, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is entered correctly. Unfortunately, even a small error, such as a missing digit in the postcode, can result in complications with the courier, and we are unable to take responsibility for parcels lost due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout.

We always dispatch orders to the exact address provided and rely on our customers to double-check this information at the time of ordering.

Thank you for your edited review reply. I can confirm that the delivery address you provided was incomplete and incorrect. Unfortunately, when we eventually received your parcel back, the goods were spoiled and could not be reused due to the nature of them being perishable items.

As I previously explained, we can only ship parcels to the address provided by our customers. We do not edit or modify addresses, as this information is automatically transferred from our orders page to our shipping portal. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address being provided.

While I understand your frustration, it’s important to recognise that even a small error, such as a missing digit, can result in a parcel not being delivered and subsequently going through a lengthy returns process. This situation demonstrates the importance of ensuring all address details are accurate at the time of ordering.

Massively ripped off

1 item in my order was great.
My 2nd item which was a jar of icy chocolate cups cost £8.99 and is advertised as 970ml. The weight of the sweeties in the (thin plastic) jar is actually 385g. I have been massively ripped off and I believe the advertising on their website is misleading. I would have left a review on their website but I can't figure out how to do it.

First time ordering and unfortunately…

First time ordering and unfortunately won't be ordering again. They were all sticky and uneatable. They are not original as advertised and instead of the foamy ones been foamy they are gritty.
