Although my Halloween sweets took ages to arrive plus you have to keep in mind that the Royal Mail workers have been on strike. I have to say that I’m very happy in the condition they arrived safely packed.

Hmmm, fairly disappointed really, had to chase my order after almost two weeks.it did finally arrive. I ordered 6 or 7 different flavours of fudge and to be honest I couldn't really taste the difference between all of them! I was expecting nice crumbly, really strong tasting flavours so like I said- pretty disappointed. Unfortunately I won't be placing any more orders.

Because they keep having my review removed I will keep posting my experience at the end of last year (2021) so you know to stay clear from these scammers.

I never read their reviews until after I ordered, I placed my order in November (2021) and received 3 weeks later. I was then missing items so they told me they would send my missing items out straight away. When I finally received them about after a week, I was STILL missing items and some of my items were past their use by date. I was so so unhappy, my emails were being ignored and I had even messaged on Instagram and their replies took days!! I was told I’d have the missing items sent out and the items that were no good were going to be replaced. I spent around £90 with them and only received half of my order! They promised they would send me a few free things to apologise but honestly all I want is my missing items and the ones that were out of date replaced (I even showed proof I had items missing and some items were past their use by date). We are now in February (2022) and still not received the items. Stay clear from this company. They have been keeping their Instagram updated but ignoring my messages, not a good look on this company. I guess you could say they definitely steal money from their customers, don’t waste your money with them. I waited long enough for my items but this company is a joke. They say they have a high volume of orders but honestly I believe it’s all a lie after reading these reviews.

Near to the end of 2022 and I never received my missing items or had the out of date ones replaced. I gave up because they were absolutely useless and I couldn’t even get a refund because they kept assuring me I’d get the items.

Ordered 6th September for tracked 48 delivery-a week later still hadn't arrived so contacted the company who advised they had some things out of stock but were due a delivery the following week so would send when in stock. Chased it up again a week or so later to be told it was going to be sent via tracked 24 hour delivery-fast forward to last week was told dpd hadn't picked mine and others parcels up yet but would be looked into to find out why. No correspondence since after repeated messages sent. Fast forward to now (6/10/2022) still no parcels have been recieved but I'm expecting two!! Wouldn't mind as much if it was a cheap order but £75 worth, lack of communication and still no delivery a month later is ridiculous!

If there was 0 stars that would be just right this company is a complete scam wouldn’t waste your money they just scam you then even ask you to pay delivery I paid extra for delivery so would get faster and still been waiting ages was only ment to be a couple of days at most why do companies like this rip you off all the time please save your money and don’t get scamed the same way I did

Absolutely disgusting after paying for postage these guys did not for fill my order and send it to me in the postage time that I paid for.
3 emails and not one reply . Now they are trying to blame it on Royal Mail. This is not the case because this order and delivery was befor any postage strike.
Stay clear of this company it will cause you a lot of hassle and stress. They are many good sites to purchase sweets from.

Half of the box missing items and they won’t refund or send out what was missing terrible service and place

Ordered and not any communication no items recieved for nearly 3 weeks after paying for shopping within 4/5 days as they were too.go with gifts that are now not going too be needed! Only after i contacted my payment that id not had any communication or order strangely enough was shipped out same day??

Ordered weeks ago and not received!!! Tried contacting them numerous of times and no reply. Think this is a scam website!!!!!

Absolutely awful company, ended up cancelingy order and getting refunded through clearpay because you don't get a response from these class clowns, order placed on the tenth and still waiting,well I'm not now it's cancelled. Wouldn't waste my time with these jokers

Order not received. Sadly stopped responding to messages after initially promising had been awaiting stock and it would be sent first class within couple of days… avoid 😔

Order hasn’t arrived. Ordered 2sept. No reply to email or social media message.

Do not I repeat do not buy from this company its been over 2 weeks and I have not received the energy drinks I bought o paid for 3 to 4 days and nothing avoid at all costs

Awful, my order got delayed, was expected the first week of august, it is now near the end of September. Having emailed them twice about my order had no response. Would not recommend.

Still havnt received my order and I have emaild three times
