Still not received and no response to any communication. Ordered from both here and another site on the same day, received package from other site very quickly. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, the only communication from here was to offer me a discount on my next order! I want my first order or a refund before I would even consider ordering again.

Avoid this company like the plague. I ordered two Quality Street bars from them on 28th August and haven't received them nearly two weeks later. I have messaged them twice and they have not replied to any messages. Their live chat is not operative when you try to use it. I do not believe this company should be in existence, they are nothing short of shysters.

Placed an order on 11/08
Placed an order on 11/08, received no delivery updates or communications for weeks.
3 weeks after placing the order with no updates I messaged their FB page but got no response, went to their website and talked to support through live chat who told me my order would be shipped the following day. This was on 24/08, it's now the 02/09 and still no delivery.
Have emailed, tried live chat support and messaged their FB with no response.
You'd be better burning your money than spending it here, will be putting in a credit card claimback as support are no longer responding.
