I get that businesses go through busy periods but to have taken payment almost 3 weeks ago and to have provided no update isn't great.

Awful service
My experience is the exact same as the last review, terrible customer service and no reply to my 4 emails after not hearing from them in 10 days. They clearly do not monitor their email inbox or are just ignoring customers.
Taken my money and haven't even provided the products paid for.

Giving 1 star feels over generous to be fair.
Pleased an order with this company 3 weeks ago and despite emailing numerous times chasing my order I have not had a single reply.
I have now had to contact my bank to raise a fraud case to get my money back. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Order still not arrived
Placed an order a few weeks ago, received an email to say order had been sent by first class mail, a week a half later hadn't received the package so sent an email. To be fair I got a quick reply where it agreed it must of been lost in post and would send a replacement that day by first class post, which i was more than happy with. But now nearly a week later and I haven't received either the original or the replacement and my emails are now ignored. To have one packet go missing I can understand and would obviously not leave a bad review. But if replacement was sent its now two missing from same company. I have not had any delays or issues with royal mail for any of my other orders from other companies so quite honestly I'm not convinced either of these were ever sent ..I will certainly not be using this company again.

Shocking customer service
I placed an order which was late in coming so I done an online chat to see if it was on its way. I was told it would be here on Friday at the latest it had not be dispatched due to hot weather and staff shortages, it arrived on Saturday which was fine. When I opened the box it said box 1 of 2 and part of my order was missing, it said on the invoice that the missing items were in box 2 which I have not received. I’ve contacted customer service and they’ve read my message but haven’t bothered replying. All in all the customer service is shocking. I would advise that you avoid ordering from this site!!

Customer service non existent
If I could give a zero rating I would. I placed an order in 1st April for items for Easter and I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have sent several emails and after an initial response I have heard nothing. All I want is my money back. Very poor customer service. I feel I have given them enough time to redeem themselves before posting this review. Unfortunately I would not recommend and I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

Absolute abysmal service provided by…
Absolute abysmal service provided by this company then received damaged cans which they offered a refund for. They also laughably offered a small gift voucher. Which I have to them to keep as I waited 12 days for a delivery that should at tops taken 5 days. Further to there reply there is still no refund so stay well clear off this company I would personally advise
