Ordered a pair of shoes and they never came in. $40 and never got a refund and won’t answer my emails.

Robbed me placed ordered June 26 still have not received order and now pasted child's birthday

Stay away from this company.

Tutu for my daughters bday never came. They said they'd refund but 4 months later and nothing. They stopped responding to me. Horrible business!! Please find someone else!

My beautiful granddaughter's first birthday party is on 8/3/2024. She's into Bluey. I wanted to get her a customized super girly Bluey tutu ensemble (name included) and searched Sweet Tutu's website. The absolute perfect 3 piece ensemble caught my eyes. Placed order on June 3rd and received confirmation email with order number. June 24th sent email asking status. Website responded they were sorry that I haven't received a response from partner vendor and will issue a replacement or refund. I have sent emails every week from that point on, no response. So much for the cute tutu ensemble.

This company is a total scam!!!! What is wrong with people! Like many other complaints read about this disgusting so called company, I was scammed out of $38 that I paid them for birthday sneakers for my grandson that were never sent! Do not order from Sweet Titus! There is nothing sweet about these monsters. How do I get them shut down?

Scam - never heard anything after I paid and never got my items. Tried reaching out, even their email is spelled wrong and not legit. Please go elsewhere!!!!

Horrible company. Said my order would ship in 2 weeks its been a month. Haven't heard anything from them after writing 3 emails. Company is a scam.

I wish I had seen this before I ordered. I ordered Doc McStuffins shoes for my granddaughters birthday. Had the whole outfit picked out and bought, only needed some cute shoes to knock it out the box. Found this website and thought that would be perfect. That was June 1st. They emailed me and asked about the color and timeframe. I lied and said I needed them by July 1st, her birthday is July 29th. They told me that I would have them. That day came and went. I email them again and got some story about being overwhelmed. I told them I understand because I’m thinking a lot of people would want them. I told them I definitely had to have them no later than the 10th. As of today I don’t have my shoes and these scammers have ceased all communication. I’m a planner, so I already brought her another pair to go with her outfit, but I’m very disappointed. Ohhhh, the kicker, SHOP doesn’t get involved. They told me that it was between me and the vendor. They will just forward my message. I’ll never use them again. Amazon would have given me back my money and banned the company.

I ordered a Tutu Set may 5th. Never messaged me or answered my text. They took my money and ran. Complete SCAM

I ordered an tutu June 27, 2024 it is now July 12, 2024! I needed this for my daughter birthday on July 13, 2024 they haven't not responded to my email nor my message through the website! They took my money I am highly disappointed

This place is a SCAM. I ordered pikachu shoes for my child's birthday and they never came. Was promised a refund and that never came either. This place is a scam.

I ordered 2 Bluey cut outs on 5/28 after a couple back and forth messages 3 weeks in. I was promised they were being shipped through their partners ( I never heard of a partner until my questions) I really needed these cut outs for my granddaughters birthday so I accepted the promise of getting them by 6/28. Today 6/27 still no tracking details. I messaged for my money back as the party is now a week away.
Sweettutus wasted my time and ruined part of the plans for my granddaughters birthday party. I see this has happened to a few others this is just a scam.
I will be watching to see if they actually did refund me.

I made an order and it never came. I contacted the store and the lady gave me guaranteed that my order would arrive last week and didn't. I requested the cancelation today and I will see if I need to complain with my card operator or take it even forward.

Waited 3 weeks and my fnaf cardboard cutout never came. I came to this website and saw nothing was being sent. I emailed them letting them know if they don’t update my tracking I would be reporting them to my credit card company. I got a refund saying my order was canceled 3 hours later.

Hello! I made my first purchase with Sweet Tutu in January, I waited for 3 months and my product never arrived. I made another purchase March and my products did not arrive either.Today is Jun 2024 Your website is a fraud! disappointed.

I order a Stitch standee in April for my daughter's birthday.
Of course, no delivery and of June 07, 2024, no response to my refund. I was promised a refund with in 7 business after the delivery date never happen.

Obviously I have been scammed by this company. Was promised a cutout for a part on April 27th....never received it. Was told that I would receive a refund in 7 days.....as of today June 5....no refund and zero replies to my 6 emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAM!

Reading these reviews I think that I may have gotten scammed myself the no email responses are very telling for me
