Total Scam
Total Scam! Placed 2 orders over a month ago and they never shipped the cutouts.
Emailed them 2 weeks ago to make sure they will be sent in time for birthday and they assured me they will. 5 weeks have passed and nothing. Emailed them again asking about the status and the response was “oh sorry USPS didn’t deliver we will cancel your order and give your money back in 2 weeks”. Well they didn’t deliver because you never mailed anything
And why is it taking another 2 weeks to refund me? I realized they are never going to give my money back and disputed the charges with my credit card. Such a headache, avoid at any cost.

Scam artists
Ordered from them and emailed when I saw a 3-4 week ship time asked to pay for expedited shipping. They said order shipped; usps tracking claims they never got items to ship. They told me it would arrive by today and it’s still not here and tracking shows it’s not enroute. Biggest scam artists out there!?!!

I have reported them to the federal…
I have reported them to the federal trade commission. I was given a tracking number through USPS. I never received an item. There were never updates on USPS once they claimed I would get a refund. The USPS tracking number was gone. They are being investigated.

Don’t trust them. They lied continuously. “Customer Service” provided generic info without looking at order info provided. Promised shoes would be delivered by Christmas and were not. Claimed to have sent shoes and provided false tracking information. They have a USPS tracking # issued but never turned item into USPS: Promised to issue refund and I had to contact credit card to get refund. They should not be allowed to buy Google Ads for fake business. Their responses are so versed, ready with false excuses, you can tell they do this all the time. Evil.
