Same as all previous reviews. Sent me a dodgy hoverboard with an incorrect charger. I phoned and he said he would send the correct charger, but as nothing felt right I returned the board and have asked for a refund. I received an email on 01/12/18 stating my refund had been processed, but gues what......I still haven't received it!! I've just sent another email now confirming I am going to take legal action but I'm not holding out any hope of receiving the refund. This guy has basically stolen £200.54 from me and is a disgrace to human beings. He is just a robbing get, so stay away at all costs and make sure anyone you know never uses swegway-hoverboards.co.uk.

Neaver buy from techtoys traders!! I ordered swegway hoverboard led lights with kart both arrived on time but was I shocked when I looked inside the box. User guide booklet wasn't in English, hoverboard wasn't english with only 1 button (on and off) so can't change the settings not that I would want to keep the hoverboard looks like it will blow up first time my daughter uses it. Very Cheap quality. When I phoned to complain about the product I received the man was so rude to me and my husband. Luckily paypal have opened up a case for me and asked me to return both items back just waiting on techtoys traders responding but I'm not holding my breath... Stay away please

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Sent us a 2nd hand, non-genuine hoverboard. Unit was covered in scuffs so had been clearly used before. Had to open dispute in Paypal to recover the cost.

Segway-hover Board aka as tectoys traders ltd....... stay away from this company. Absolute nightmare of a company.....

Please stay away from this company nothing but thieves they took £204.98 from my account and when I asked for a refund they never gave it so I'm taking the matter further and getting my solicitor involved

Beware con man Mr gadget ltd Omar farook sattar is now o&m trading but website is techtoys traders ltd....swegway-hoverboards....i did receive the hoverboard but it's a fake with the power button and charging port underneath....you cannot get in contact with him email ignored and a phone number that just rings with no answer....I will definitely be reporting this to the appropriate authorities.....if you want to pay £200 for a fake this is the place to order....disgusting! Fingers crossed the bank get cash back as he won't do the decent thing that's for sure! Avoid!!

I too have raised a dispute in PayPal against Mr Gadget. The hoverboard I purchased, convinced it was a genuine Swegway is a fake. Extremely dangerous, shakes violently and spins out of control. The manual itself is a joke... Broken English and so many mistakes. No response to my emails or voice messages. Dreadful that they can get away with selling such dangerous items

Did not get a UK charger with the order of 2 swegways. Have been promised several times over the last month that they have sent chargers to me but nothing has arrived. Now have all emails bouncing back saying cannot contact them and the phone goes to an answerphone.
Will be contacting my lawyer regarding the order and rejecting them as cannot be used together.

I have sent this charger out to your address on two occasions now without charge.

I am sorry if you have not received this, but with this being sent the two times if you are not available to sign for this we are not able to keep sending products for them to be lost due to failed delivery

ordered 3 hoverboards and 3 kart attachments for xmas. Only 2 hoverboards came and 3 kart attachments. I have sent many messages through email and online chat and despite some initial responses they are now not answering. They initially told me that there was confirmation of delivery and it had been signed for(which is true). However they sent 3 packages which i signed for from courier before opening. 1 of the packages was smaller than the other 2 and only contained the kart and no 3rd hoverbaord. I have since sent them photos to prove that this 3rd smaller box wasn't even big enough to contain one of the hoverboards and that they must have mixed the order up. Their customer service is a joke and now my daughter is still without her hoverboard nearly month after xmas. To top it off the kart attachments are very poor quality and look like they welded them together in the back of their garage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I received a faulty Swegway. I contacted the company by email and online chat 6 times. After much arguing, three times they promised to arrange for collection, repair/replacement of the faulty Swegway and redelivery at their cost. I have waited in three times for the pickup which has still not happened. Today I have used the government service Money Claim Online (MCOL) to initiate court proceedings against them to recovery the money I spent plus court costs.

Do not order here these, i order two swegway have recived both. one of which is completely fine but the other one has faults on which the battery keeps cutting out. I have contacted than nearly everyday to which in the end they said for it to be pick up which as u guessed know one trun up

Don't buy from this firm. I bought 2 "official Swegway's" with next day delivery on 15 December as Christmas presents but didn't receive anything and I could not get through to them by phone. .Strangely instead of a blue and a patterned one 2 black & white skull ones turned up on New Years Eve. They were also not "official Swegway's" and did not have the Samsung batteries as advertised.

Do not buy from this company, otherwise known as Mr Gadget trading. Website looks great, but it is impossible to contact them.
I ordered on dec 13, next day delivery promised, for Christmas. Now hours from the big day and I have nothing, my money gone and no product.
I have tried everything: emails, calls (no answer or voice mail), web chat always offline and web query, never answered....PayPal involved now.
I know that several clients have reported this guy to formal channels in UK, but he just changes trading name. STAY AWAY and please warn others.... really do your research and if you cannot confirm that company are real, do not part with your money.

Admitted getting my order wrong but won't talk to me about resolving it. 4 pointless web chats, 3 emails and two managers who never called me.

Paid my money via PayPal. Paypal have confirmed they have received it. THEY say they haven't. Their national phone number is an O2 mobile number which diverts straight to answerphone. They ended the web chat when I asked where the product is. Randomly, the item then turned up missing the Kart.
