I was a developer for a company that used this, we were on an enterprise contract which basically promised full support and assistance. We had absolute minimal support, things would go unresolved for weeks, there were features that were clearly advertised on the website that would not actually work. There were features that would work for a period of time and then all of a sudden not work (Without even making any updates to our code). All in all, it was a very very unreliable platform, the support team were very condescending, the enterprise agreement was not up-held on their end yet they still seek payment which I found absurd. There are many other great options out there that I'd highly recommend over this.
