Poor Battery
Very disappointed in the battery, found that the battery was very difficult to fit to the drone could hardly turn the knob to seal the drone, battery life was very poor, the low battery warning came on the controller at 3 minutes and depleted less then nine minutes, and very poor after sales. Still waiting for some contact.

I contacted Nicholas at spydro to help with a request for a UN38.3 SDS document as I had to ship the cameras to the US. He was extremely helpful and sent the document I requested quickly. Huge thanks to him for his help.

I can absolutely recommend Swellpro UK
I can absolutely recommend Swellpro UK. I ordered a GPS Unit to Switzerland and Swellpro even asked again to make sure everything is correct with my order. I could also track the order and in my opinion shipping went quite fast!
In Switzerland I would not have been able to buy that spare part so I'm very happy I could from Swellpro UK. Thanxs a lot!!

Good service, great drone
I ordered a Spry+ last week and it arrived swiftly and well packaged. I spent a lot of time researching these waterproof drones and reading all the instructions before it arrived and I'm very pleased so far. Perfect for water sports enthusiasts.

I panicked and got upset when I damaged…
I panicked and got upset when I damaged my drone bringing it back to the boat. One of the arms was badly cracked.
I contacted Nicholas (representative of Swell pro in UK). He was very positive and straight away offered solutions to restore it.

Anyone considering getting a Swellpro drone I highly recommend going to this supplier ....Swellpro UK . You might find the same product slightly cheaper elsewhere but you will not get the backup and support and advice that I so gratefully had. A service far in excess of any expectation. I give 6 stars out of 5
