Before I was more for buying from a dealership since I want a safe transaction and warranty, but Swiftcourt's safe payment made it completely secure even though I bought from a complete stranger.

A nearly perfect experience.
Digital contracts are very convenient and easy to use. The only suggestion is that they can only be signed by one person from either the landlord or the tenant. It would be better if multiple co-responsible persons could be provided to sign, such as two tenants with joint responsibilities, such as a couple or a combination of several professionals, etc.

For years I’ve been filling out letting agreements the old way, printed copy and pen.

It was a straightforward process
It was a straightforward process, Highly efficient. The only issue I had was that there was no Option to add an extra tenant to the lease - I had to put two tenant names on the lease And the only way I could do this was to put the names together under the one option. You should have an option of adding tenant name/s to the lease as it is common for a lease to be for a couple / more than one person.
