Helpful tool but it can potentially not work
It is a helpful tool but on the day of signing the contract with a buyer that drove 7 hours to arrive we couldn’t sign because you need to verify your phone number with an SMS code but the SMS code would not arrive.
Trying to re-send the SMS gave a broken error saying “You need to wait 0 (yes, zero) seconds to re-send”. I tried it repeatedly but would get the same non-sensical error.
Thankfully at that point I was able to download a PDF version and was able to run home to print it and sign it on paper.
However, bottom line the website failed at one of its core tasks when it mattered most. Very frustrating and disappointing.
You should either remove the need for mobile phone check, or have it done earlier in the process (or fix it and make sure it always works).
You should also make it possible to download the PDF of the contract at any point or state so people can prepare a paper version beforehand.
Your current process of only making that available after the completion of the contract does not work for people who do not want to show share personal information before meeting physically.

We apologies and are really sorry that it was problematic for you with the SMS code, of course it should arrive directly in connection with the signing. It is difficult to answer why you didn’t receive it, but it could also be other factors that caused this. The operator might have had temporary disturbances. Regardless, we apologize for the inconvenience that happened to you during the circumstances. I can however see that the contract has been signed digitally now as well! :)
Once you have verified your phone number once, you won’t have to go through the process again. In the future if you still would like to give our service a second chance and use our digital contracts it will hopefully be a smoother experience for you.
