Contract was easy, Payment system had problems
The contract went well but the payment system had a problem and we were going to have to do another contract before payment could be made and we just didn’t feel safe doing that again and so we figured out another payment option.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the payment process that would have been solved by signing a copy of the original contract.
Once a copy of a contract is signed it legally replaces the original contract and it's not in any way unsafe. We apologise for the issue and we do hope that you are willing to try out the payment service again in the future!

Very simple and easy to use. Contract can be done in English or Deutsch. I feel a lot safer doing everything through the mobile.de website and their partner companies like Swiftcourt.

Easy to setup
It’s very straightforward to setup a rental lease and get it agreed and signed by both landlord and tenant.
