Won't use again
Won't use again. Cant add a second tenant, the actual contract is just the website form printed out, the signatures are on a separate document and the attachments are not printed on the contract, other than their file names (eg. 3.jpg).

Thanks to users feedback, we have understood that the possibility of adding more than one counterpart is very sought-after, which is why we are currently working on making that possible. We hope to offer this feature shortly
The signing certificate comes in a separate document because the digital signature contains a lot of information Both signatures have a unique, hashcode that strengthens the signature's legitimacy. The certificate also shows what time and date the contract was signed.
You can always download the attachments from your Swiftcourt profile. :)
