Battery is not as lasting as manufacturer claims.
When the mower battery is charged it cuts the toughest of grass beautifully however.....Their website goes to great lengths to inform customers how great their batteries are. They claim that battery will provide enough power to cut up to 250m2 of grass when used with a mower. I have approximately 24m2 of lawn and not one but two batteries which do not provide enough charge to complete the job in one session. I got the second battery believing that the first battery was 'duff' turns out the second battery was just as bad as the first one. Of course they claim that it will cut 'up to' 250m2 and I have to concede that 24m2 does fall within that range so technically they are right, that said they may as well claim that it will cut up to 1000m2! An added frustration seems to be that there is no alternative battery from another manufacturer, so I'm stuck with it taking two days to cut my small lawns front and back.

The Swift 120v Lawnmower is good but there is one major issue.
PARTS, particularly additional batteries.
You cannot get them and Swift are not swift to help you.
Unless this changes, stick with more established brands that you know will have spare batteries, blades etc.

Bought a Swift 40V 37Cm Cordless Wide Battery Lawn Mower - release bar failed, meaning mover blade would not stop - lethal had to remove battery while blade still running, then would never start again. Contacted swiftgarden support - useless no support, no help, no reply to questions - seems to be common reading other reviews - reporting to trading standards next.

Battery strimmer
I use this brand of tool for my garden service and wouldn't be without it. Battery operated so I can use it anywhere without worrying about a cable.
Battery replacement
Original battery with the long reach hedge trimmer had stopped working properly after only a few uses, Swift promptly sent out a replacement which seems to be working ok. I thought the customer service dealing with this was very good even though I could only contact through email (I tend to prefer phone)

Hi I bought mower & trimmer bundle from Ideal World after 2 months the battery stopped charging , I received a replacement , this year while the item was in warranty the new battery stopped charging . I contacted Ideal World who then contacted Swift who didn’t reply , I rang Ideal World who said as Swift didn’t reply they didn’t reply to me , I was asked to ring Swift I did and was told the item was out of warranty so they couldn’t do anything about it . I contacted Ideal World again with many emails but have now received a letter stating the company went into administration in February 2022 . Swift have said I can buy a new battery at a slightly reduce price but why should I . I am frustrated with Swift as if they had replied when contacted while it was in warranty . I have lost faith in the product after having 2 batteries stop charging within a couple of months . Now it looks like I’ll have to buy a new mower & lose the money I’ve already paid ! Not good customer service .
Really good customer service .....
I purchased a mower and grass trimmer just 12 months ago, trimmer stopped working last week.
Contacted Customer Services and spoke to Owen who was really helpful.
He requested proof of purchase and serial number of machine.
2 days later replacement trimmer arrived.
The paperwork and emailing seems Chinese but can't fault the service.
Just hope any future dealings are the same.

I bought both a lawnmower and garden strimmer about 4 years ago.
I have no major issues with the products themselves, both have lasted with niggling issues, nothing major, but I've now found trying to get customer support or replacement parts impossible.
I don't know if this company is still trading, or perhaps been taken over by a 3rd party, as although new products are commonly found at retail, support and replacement parts are non existent.
Their support telephone line answers with an automated recording offering another phone number, which rings out when dialed.
I'm unable to source replacement strimmer line for the garden strimmer.
As the strimmer uses a unique locking part, generic strimmer line is unusable so only their own make strimmer line is usable and it looks as if they no longer manufacture meaning we're forced to use the solid plastic cutting blades which easily snap when striking anything heavier than grass!
Personally I do like the products but if no support or parts are available then it makes them useless in the long run!

Bought a cordless strimmer lasted 2 cuts and just stopped working had the body replaced by the seller (not swift) that lasted 1 season used about 8 times then that one just stopped working also, 12 months had gone by and original seller did not want to know, so tried contacting swift themselves but like so many people on here no response to the emails or they just kept bouncing back from server , terrible company warranty is worthless, and the machines are not fit for purpose as they do not last 5 mins.
