The product is great and works efficiently 95% of the time. Generally very convenient and responsive. However, every few months there is a service disruption which requires you to bring your keys just in case. There have also been times where the ability to buzz in delivery drivers has not worked.

I use Swiftlane for building entry, and it’s been consistently smooth and reliable. The app is easy to use and makes getting in and out of my building effortless. Doors unlock quickly every time, and I’ve never had issues with delays or connection. Overall it just works exactly how you want something like this to work—simple, fast, and dependable. It's also quite fun as it captures a picture of your visitor, so my friends and I like looking at the pictures. When people call you on the intercom, it also loads fast to see who is ringing you and wants to get in and there is no delay in letting them in and the door unlocking. 10/10!

The Swiftlane digital doorman has quietly become one of my favorite upgrades to daily life in my building. The facial recognition is effortless in the best way possible, meaning no more fumbling for keys or worrying about whether I remembered a fob, since the door simply recognizes me and lets me in. In the time I've had ittwo years since installed, the system has been remarkably reliable, with the only hiccup being an occasional reboot that resolves itself quickly and never leaves me stranded. On top of that, the form factor is the sleekest on the market, with a clean, modern design that makes competitors like Butterfly look bulky and dated by comparison. What really seals the deal for me is the flexibility of the guest PINs, which make it simple to grant access to visitors, deliveries, or service people on my own terms without ever compromising security. If you're weighing your options for a smart entry system, Swiftlane is genuinely the one to beat.

mostly works, but would be helpful if swiftlane records every time someone is at the door. for example, we had an intrusion and not sure how to access any videos for the person who entered. also our side door says the door is unlocked but the door remains locked so there seems to be issues. Also wish it would alert if the door is unlocked.

Nice having a camera for security peace of mind and being able to unlock with your face. Only downside is it crashes maybe once a month and we have to use our key as the only way in until it comes back online

The swiftlane system and application has been very easy and simple to manage and use. It is straightforward once you download the app and follow the instructions. When my guests arrive, all they do is search for my name and within seconds, they are able to enter the gate and building. Love this!!

Makes it so easy to come in and out of the apt as well as having guests over. It makes it easy to give people easy access or more limited access as needed. I love how customizable the access can be; from key codes to facial recognition or even app use. I would recommend swiftlane!

Swiftlane has offered a lot of great features that were previously unavailable with any other product on the market. They've grown a lot such as adding their own hardware and making the backend more seamless to navigate. The only issue we do have is around certain hardware's reliability with things like reboots or units staying off until power cycled.

Onsite device is easy to use. No issue with shipping companies getting into building to deliver package. Appreciate video recordings for safety.

Swiftlane is our buildings service and allows for multiple tenets - 30+ people to have working accounts.

Face ID works great.

Access codes are easy for friends - only 2 access codes per user so it’s limited but the codes don’t expire.

Only negative would be delivery drivers having issue getting in the building - need a better system to 1. Rotate codes, 2. Provide codes to each delivery service for ease of delivery

I like how easy it is to let in visitors and the pin access. I do find that the facial recognition does not always work well but I am always able to open the door through my phone.

As someone who has been using Swiftlane for the past year, I can confidently say its a great system that works smoothly and efficiently. Its facial recognition feature is particularly helpful, as I can approach my front door with my hands full and enter within seconds -- no code I need to type in, no sequence of buttons I have to press. I also appreciate that I can give unique codes to friends, family, and even people delivering packages. It was easy to set up, and I would recommend it to anyone as a high-tech, secure system.

Swiftlane is easy to use for remotely leting people in. Facial alerts via email are helpful to understand who's been buzzed in at various time as well. This is especially helpful if I'm buzzing while away from home to let in, for instance, a package.

The app is generally user friendly. It has helped to secure our apartment complex more than before. I will say today my son's RBT called me and I didn't get the notification until 15 minutes later. Thankfully someone opened the door for her. That said there are glitches sometimes but overall I've had a good experience.

Super easy platform to use and don’t have to worry about forgetting your keys! Great for packages and guests as well.

It’s very convenient for myself and child to use. Not have to worry about keys or anything.

I really like swiftlane. The face ID is very handy and the backup phone option is great to have. No complaints!

The app make it really easy to open the door when I’m coming home

Swiftlane has been a great app for accessing my apartment building. I appreciate that there are multiple ways to enter the building, including manual PIN entry, app access, and Face ID, which makes it really convenient. Overall, the app is easy to use and works well. There have been a few times where the system went offline, and troubleshooting during those moments was a bit difficult and time consuming. Outside of that, my experience has been positive overall.

The convenience of using face to unlock is awesome if I don't have my clicker, phone died, or even forgot my pin. Also extremely helpful to be able to create one time, or multiuser pins for guests or family. Finally an app that listened to the needs of folks.
