The app was a bit buggy at the start and I needed the back end support to enter my details; once up and running the app is easy to use. The help on the phone was excellent, very happy with Chris :-) (Christina)
It's a shame the Swift cannot offer insurance, others do. In my case AAMI do not cover stored items (or items in transit) and I have had to seek out another company that do. A fair few spiders had moved into the empty shed (Daddy long legs) and I had to spray for them. It's hard I know to stop them but maybe some pest control?
