It shouldn’t be this hard
There is an app you need to unlock the gate, I was unaware. I get there and it says none of my details are recognised. So I call the company to figure out what’s going on. Turns out they forgot to create me a profile which is whatever. Then I log into the app to unlock the gate, it won’t open. You have to use Bluetooth to connect to the gate, like why? Wasn’t working. So had to call them again to manually let us in. We find our storage unit and we have to use the app once again to open the garage. And yep you guessed it, would not open 👏🏻 so instead calling to ask they help me out again, I just got back into my car went out the gate (which I had to call then again to let me out) and went home. Because dropping off some boxes shouldn’t be this difficult
We were there for 45 minutes and we weren’t able to put 1 thing away. We will be cancelling and finding alternative storage units.
