Worst online shop ever

Worst online shop ever. The send orders late and lie over the dates. They’re telling you that they will contact you with anfter they check the status and not doing so. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!

The slowest shipping in the world

The slowest shipping in the world. I ordered a package July 12th and it did not come until the 21st of August...they did not once update me about the status of the order being delayed. Instead, I had to reach out to them to figure out where my package was.

Also they said they would give me a small gift for the delay and there was nothing. I would recommend NOT ordering from this website if you expect your order to arrive within a week.

exactly the same expérience

Exactly the same expérience: no News about the delivery since the parcel left Swimaholic. Order passes july 31th and no News not info on Aug 9th

Product ordered 12 days ago and still no…

Product ordered 9 days ago and still no confirmation on the expected delivery date. Hotline is referring to their parcel service partner system issue, however the same answer is given the last 3-4 days with no progress. Hotline cannot be called, they do not pickup.
UPDATE on 29 July: product ordered 12 days ago, no reply from hotline to my email, official hotline phone number cannot be reached, product had been paid when ordering, still no invoice received.
UPDATE on 31 July: Swimaholic hotline number is not responding, but I’ve got an email from their hotline suggesting that I could also call their parcel service provider to locate my package… I called Packeta, they received the package location request on 24th July but as their colleague has not forwarded it to their courier, during the last 7 days nothing happened…, real bad service.
Reply to Swimaholic response:
Packets cannot locate the package - as they confirmed to me and MPL (Hungarian Post) has not received the physical package yet (ever) - as they confirmed to me. All other statements are false.

we're very sorry for the negative review. We sent the parcel on time, but the Hungarian post office is tracking it in their warehouse, as they put it somewhere else when transferring it from the car. I can't refund you because there is no possibility to return the package directly to our online store, so the package can still be delivered.
Since you called Packet, you know that the package is not still hopelessly lost , but they are looking for it. If it is reported missing, we will be able to refund you. My colleague answered the phone willingly, so I don't know where you find the problem here.

The customer service by email was very…

The customer service by email was very good but the cost of items and shipping was expensive. If you buy prescription lenses they are only sold one lense at a time so pay attention to the small print. I bought the remaining parts for my goggles elsewhere in the end as cheaper shipping.

I have been treated very unfairly by…

I have been treated very unfairly by swimaholic.
I ordered a batch of swimming goods, approx €100 on 5 May (day1).
On 15 May (day 14) a package arrived with some incompletely incorrect hair products.
I contacted Swimaholic. They blamed the courier, made me fill out a form, and refused a refund. I had no transaction with the courier, just Swimahollic. They keep saying they won't refund me until the courier deals with it. I explained that and keep telling me the will update in a week's time. Another week has passed and no contact. They have my money and I have no swim goggles etc. It is now day 30. I will pursue all of my rights but I will not recommend them. I understand mistakes happen but holding my refund is unacceptable and probably not legal.

The goods you received were not from our shop. Complaints need to be filed with the carrier and unfortunately it will take a few days to resolve. We have tried to resolve the situation urgently.
We are sorry that it took so long to resolve, but unfortunately I cannot refund the money before I have a recognized claim from the carrier itself. The money should already be with you.

I ordered a jumner for my kid

I ordered a jumner for my kids who used once after day of hand over. The product quality was poor and fluffed up after one hour swim. When I sent back they refused to change due to

Not normal handling
It is a joke after 1 hour swim in jummer!
I requested and sent back product on after 3 days as I handed over.
I won’t recomend to order from ther webshop in Future and I will do anything to spread my experience

You can't ask for a replacement if the item is damaged.
I sent the swimsuit for a complaint because of mistreatment (not putting a towel on the swimsuit, leaning against the wall in the pool, or riding the slide destroys the swimsuit).
For these reasons, your claim has been rejected.

Normally I would get TYR goggles off…

Normally I would get TYR goggles off the TYR website.
They didn't have the model I normally ordered so I ordered it off this company.
Although the box stated that they were the model I ordered. They most obviously weren't. I tried them anyway and they were so uncomfortable.
Just cheap fakes from what I can see.

It could happen that the product you like do not fit you as you would like so if you are not satisfied with the product is no problem to return it in 30 days period for returns and exchanges.

Great Customer Service

The delivery was done quite quickly. Unfortunately I put the wrong address and it got delivered to the wrong place. But they did everything they could to get it back and re delivered- Great Customer Service!!

Client hotline not good

My first order

My first order. Faulty goods delivered. Delayed also. Their expectation is that I return the faulty goods on my expense, while I also organize the delivery myself. They consider it to be a return, I consider it to be their responsability to replace the no good item. Wish I have paid more attention to the retur policy before ordering.
