Good service, reliable and on time and good communication. Quite expensive for some of their products, so I always check others for quotes.

Where do we start

So last week I went to Swimmart Greenlane and purchased a automatic cleaner and booked a calibration for my acid doser.

The pool cleaner paid for on Wednesday (26/10) last week with the promise we will collect and should have it tomorrow. I give it more than a few days, nothing, a few more days nothing. Ring them. Oh we don’t have it, we’ll order it in.

I then get a phone message, your cleaner is here we can deliver when we do your calibration, after you’ve paid. But I’ve already paid.

I ring them up, yes they can go and get the cleaner from the supplier. Left hand and right hand are not talking.

Wait for technician at the booked time, ( also not communicated to me until I asked yesterday. ). Wait and wait give up waiting. They arrive 105 minutes late and then leave. When enquiries were made they were getting parts. (Coincidentally from the same place as the cleaner came from)

Useless customer service
Zero communication
And there is no excuse for turning up late with no warning.

You cleaned our pool. The gentlan you sent was polite and professional. I would gladly recommend him to anyone.

We finally changed our pool contract to swimart and were so glad we did . Our pool had looked dreadful and the previous company could not sort . Swimart had it sparkling in no time .

The staff came relatively on time. He was friendly and solved the problem fast. I have nothing to complain.

In short, they're great. I have a large pool which I do not have the time or know-how to deal with. They do it all, and if anything mechanical comes up then they refer somebody else who comes and sorts it. Good valet rates. Friendly staff. They know their stuff.

Overall I am happy but the Valet service deserves a little more attention and care e.g. backwash, water quality check e.t.c. Paying $90 for a twenty minutes job of skimming and scrapping appears to be costly. However, I am a very old customer of Green Lane branch of Swimart, they are a bunch of very efficient people.
