It’s clear that they do their jobs in a highly responsible and professional manner with problems promptly identified and fixed, and with top quality of works that commensurate with the SwiMart brand! Peter is also good too. They are all good assets of your firm.

Superb pool business that helps maintain our pool every month. Keeps our pool looking crystal clear during the spring and summer months. Customer service is always at a high level and I think this important because we ended up leaving our former swim mart shop in Balwyn due to extremely bad customer service! Treat your paying customers with respect and we will continue our business with you and this is exactly what swim mart pools Doncaster has done! They treat us with respect. water is refilled, but pump is not working smoothly, could Mr James visit us again ? no one answer telephone 9840 1877, sorry.

Have never experienced a worse level of service. Had to get them back to fix what the first guy did, from installing a new salt clorinator that leaked, the salt indicator light was on, but didn't bother to add salt. Changed the pool running time from off peak to daytime without authority.

Second guy came fixed problems, told me he would order new springs for my pool gates and come back to install, that was 3-4 months ago.

Dreadful service, do youself a favour and use anyone else, couldn't be worse.

Making the appointment was unpleasant, work is good

James our technician is absolutely amazing. Knows us and our complex pool and spa setup inside out. Totally professional, knowledgeable, reliable and most importantly, trustworthy.

Pool is always clean and they help with advise. If I need to csall they are always helpful

Good service enabled equitable comparison of repairing an existing saltwater chlorinator and continuing to use a 5-year-old unit with a replaced printed circuit board and a new timer would be likely to have additional later difficulties of other elements of the total unit due to age.

After careful consideration and technical evaluation, we proceeded to purchase a completely new unit for a very competitive price.
