As it’s school holidays I thought I would turn the heater on for my pool but I couldn’t remember how to do it. I phoned SwimArt and spoke to Stuart who said he would ask Randall if he could fit me in that day. Well as in line with all the excellent service that I receive from the staff, Randall came that same afternoon. Thanks guys for the speedy service. I highly recommend SwimArt at Nerang.

Our experience is that staff and Swimart Nerang are the most knowledgable in the game. We have in the past used other operators only to see their level of punctuality & professionalism compromised after the customer base expands. The service technicians, particularly John, know their stuff inside out, and we will continue using him and Swimart Nerang if the time comes to ever move.
Prices are fair, promises are kept, and kids are brimming year round in our tweaked and tuned pool. Wish we had them from the start.

Swimart were very professional in their approach. I had a pool pump that required replacing, was diagnosed within 24 hrs with a replacement pump supplied and fitted the following day, very happy with the service!!

Very helpful staff who take the time to explain pool maintenance and give step by step instructions. They can also send someone out to the house to show you how to look after and maintain a pool. In the store has everything you need. Prices are reasonable for a pool shop, bonus is they will also help carry heavey things to the car.
