I find the staff extremely helpful and always polite.

The staff at Swimart Pools Nerang did their best to help us when our chlorinator broke down and there was a lengthy delay in getting parts for the repair (4 months). They supplied chlorine for our pool as we had to manually turn the pump on and off and dispense the chlorine ourselves. They managed to get a loan chlorinator just 4 days prior to our own coming back repaired. We appreciated all their assistance during this time.

People at swimmart are etreamly friendly and yet they are filled with major knowledge. Every question i have asked they have answered straight away, doesn't matter if its from the owner to one of the young workers, they all are brilliant. I do not shop anywhere else for my pool products, prices are normal as well.

Have had several problems with my Waterco LED M5 light which has failed twice in 2-3 years and replacement has never been an issue with them even coming out to fit the second replacement next week.

I would like to thank your team for being there in my time of need.
I know I gave your staff a big task to do, and not being able to be there to guide through as to what I needed. Overall they did a great job, there was a few sections in the pool that had not been brushed down to my satisfaction, but I was able to get in myself to fix it.
