This order took three weeks to arrive, and although the order was correct, the products were pretty low quality - unwearable really because to boob pads slide around and are awkward. There is a tiny chance that if you have 0% body fat, and no boobs, these suits could possibly look good on you. But in reality, what we have here is a company with some really lovely designs in their online photos and nothing more. Take a hint from the low prices that the products you see it will not measure up to expectations. I have been trying now for two weeks to contact them for returns information and they do not respond. I do not recommend them at all.

I’m still waiting for my order, placed over six weeks ago. I emailed to chase it two weeks ago and got no response. If you read their T&Cs, it’s clear this is not a good company. It’s a pretty enticing website but that is as far as it goes.

Same as other, really regret not reading reviews first.
Emailed to ask for return address and they asked why I needed to return and where NOT to send my return, but then never sent me the address so should use. All emails unreturned.
Scam company, do not buy from here!

Received items which are of terrible quality. Have contacted multiple times to return with no response. Avoid air all costs

If I could award 0 stars I would. Awful customer service and no reply to my 4 emails requesting info needed to return items that did not fulfil marketing description. Do not purchase anything from this company or anything associated with them. Avoid.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY - wish I had read the reviews before I ordered two bikinis that don't fit and I can't return. I feel so cheated and annoyed with myself! They are a total scam and ignore all your emails.

Same experience as everyone else, ordered 3 items in different sizes, want to return all 3 as colours are different to online pictures and the fit and quality is bad. I emailed the day after delivery to start return process and it's taken 24 hours each time to get a reply from them and I still have no return address yet. Avoid this company.

3 items ordered and paid for. Only 2 arrived neither fits or are suitable quality, one is see through!

I ordered two swimming costumes. Only one arrived. It does not fit. I have been charged for two costumes. I have tried repeatedly to contact Customer Services to request a return address for the costume that does not fit and a refund for the item that never arrived. My emails go unanswered.
Please avoid this company.
I am now looking at recovering my money through Visa Chargeback.

A scam - quality was rubbish and when you try to process returns they don’t let you saying it’s too expensive to process?! Awful awful company.

Should have read the reviews first.
Quality is very poor, refund seems impossible.

What's really concerning is that I found a suspiciously similar looking website, products...everything, just under a different 'company name' :-S

I came back, after a week, I've been in correspondence with the 'company' (via Paypal as that was the only one they answered).

They first offered 30% of the product cost, after a week we are now at 70%.
They keep asking me to avoid return, saying that my shipping fee will be too high because their return warehouse is in Rosedale USA, NY.
They are Chinese and they have different websites with the same look and unfortunately under the co.uk email address which is very confusing.

PLEASE AVOID!

if I could give a zero I would- Im having exactly the same problem as EM below. I wish I'd read reviews before I ordered- then I would never have ordered from them. Don't waste your money.

If I could rate them a big fat zero if I could. Ordered three items which took ages to arrive. Finally received them but not happy with the quality and they won’t give you a returns address. Emailed loads but after initial response asking me to tell them why I wanted to return, they still haven’t given me a returns address. Trying to get my money back via PayPal at this point.

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs. I am now in the process of putting a claim in through PayPal as haven’t received order and being completely ignored.

This is a scam. I ordered two costumes - only one arrived and it is terrible quality. Can't get hold of anyone to return. £50 down the drain, lesson learnt. Do not order from this company, I have reported to FB and Instagram.

Delivery took longer than expected, the quality of the swimsuits seem good. However, they both did not fit and now being ignored when trying to arrange my return!

As stated in the previous reviews, this company does not offer refunds or tell you how you can return an item.
Yes very disappointed that Facebook and Instagram let them advertise - I live and learn!!

Avoid this company. I bought 5 things and want to return 3 of them. They provide no return address and don't respond to emails. You only have 15 days to return items which I won't be able to do as they do not respond. Scam.
