AVOID - DO NOT OFFER RETURNS/ radio silence
I received the products and as is common with online clothing, some didn’t fit/suit. There was no returns label so I emailed their customer service as indicated in the website to receive a returns address. Have heard absolutely nothing. Have emailed 3-4 times already and posted many messages on their facebook page. I reported them to Facebook and yet their ads keep popping up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Very disappointing that companies like Facebook or Instagram let these scam/dishonest companies advertise on their platforms.

Avoid purchasing from this company!!
Avoid purchasing from this company!!! The quality of product is not what it appears on website. I ordered 3 items from swimbatheforall.co.uk but when I finally received the delivery the costumes themselves looked cheaply made and the cup inserts in the swimsuit were way too small for the size. On the website it states they will not accept returned items without prior notice and to email them on address listed on website first. I tried emailing to request returns address etc but my email has bounced 3x now and there is no telephone number advertised on website to contact the team. Disappointing and a company to avoid at all costs.

No returns possible without huge cost
The costumes themselves are decent quality, although take a few weeks to arrive. I bought four and wanted to return two which weren’t quite right. This is when the problems started.
The website has no returns policy listed so I emailed their customer services and my emails were ignored.
I finally got a response on Messenger but it still works lol a few requests for them to tell me I can’t return unless I pay what they admit is costly payment of more than one costume is worth to send them back to the US. They then offer me £6 back instead per costume.
Avoid this company. The costumes are ok but the risk is too high if you can’t return items.
