Terrible shipping and customer service
Terrible shipping and customer service. It took over a month and a half to receive my items. I checked back regularly but received very minimal information from customer service - and only after repeatedly reaching out to them. One item never arrived despite the tracking saying it was delivered. Customer service provided either no response or extremely delayed responses. I will never order from SwimLemon again.

Extremely disappointed with a lack of…customer service
Extremely disappointed with a lack of customer service. Item was ordered end January and now being beginning March I have yet to receive the item. It is listed as in transit for over 21 days which is ridiculous. And amidst several emails to secure an update, I did not receive any replies. Sorry but I do not trust this company.

This site must be a scam, I haven’t received my order since September 2018 - all I get back are generic responses and emails and they all telling me it’s my problem and I can’t get a refund. It’s ridiculous the amount of money I have paid and I can’t even receive my product let alone get any customer service - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER

Order never arrived!
I ordered a swimsuit on January 24, got an email on January 27 saying my order had shipped along with a tracking number. After 3 emails I sent back to them I still do not have a tracking number that shows an up to date tracking and still no swimsuit. Today is March 1. I think this may be a scam and not a company at all. They just send emails but no merchandise! DO NOT ORDER from this company,

Buyer BEWARE!!
This company keeps sending me updates that makes it appear my order is on the way, but according to USPS tracking, it is still in China! I have sent two emails to cancel order and nobody ever gets back to me. I will be contacting my credit card company to stop payment ASAP. I leave for my trip in two days. This just sucks. My order is weeks late and I finally got a response after several days of trying to contact customer service. Apparently my order is stuck in China. The order was processed and began to be shipped within 4 days of my order being placed, and it has just been sitting in China for 25 days.
